I always enjoyed the cineleisure branch. The staff are friendly, however do pardon them during peak hours as it's obvious they lack manpower. I also love the all day happy hour draft beers, I always enjoy a pint of Stella Artois. Will be back soon!

Nice ambience, great hangout for family and friends. The baby ribs and pork belly are my personal preference. Overall, a value for money western place in Orchard.

Armed with a 1-for-1 voucher from the Chope app, decided to visit the ghost town that is Cineleisure. Once the most popular spot along Orchard Road, the building is now a pale shadow of its former self. Collin's Grille has many outlets around the country and this isolated outlet was kind of empty on the day of visit. First came the Forest Mushroom Soup. It was normal at best but gave a warm feeling. The coupon originally promised the Truffle Mushroom Soup but it was changed in November by the restaurant. Next came Collin's Mixed Grill consisting of Signature Grilled Chicken Chop, Summer Kabana Pork Sausage (contains cheese), Grilled Pork Chop served with Seasonal Vegetables, Potato Au Gratin, Pesta Cream and Black Pepper Sauces. The dish was generally well done and enjoyable. Would have been good if the restaurant was willing to change the items on the menu that was not suitable for those who are lactose intolerant as there was no prior warning that the dish contained cheese beyond the use of cream in the Potato Au Gratin Ended the night with a drink of Peach Tea and Iced Mocha. The drinks were refreshing but found the prices a bit pricey. Unfortunately the restaurant is one of those that do not serve Iced/Tap Water for free, hence requiring one to purchase environmentally damaging but restaurant bottom line positive bottled water, if so desired. Sigh. General Verdict: A grill restaurant serving acceptable food but has a poor drinking water policy and does not warn about potential food allergens Opening Hours: Daily 11am-11pm Queue Situation: Next to none Price: SG$35 upwards per person Payment Mode: Cash and all Major Credit Cards (Physical and Paywave) Items Ordered: 1) Item: Forest Mushroom Soup - Creamy Soup with vegetable and mushroom flavours Description: Normal soup with no Wow factor, bordering on being bland Verdict: Acceptable, Order only if you want to try Price: SG$6++ 2) Item: Collin's Mixed Grill - Signature Grilled Chicken Chop, Summer Kabana Pork Sausage (contains cheese), Grilled Pork Chop served with Seasonal Vegetables, Potato Au Gratin, Pesta Cream and Black Pepper Sauces Description: Yummy dish that has hidden dangers for those who are lactose intolerant and unfamiliar with the dishes, as there are no warnings on the menu. Restaurant was not willing to make the switch for items that contain dairy/cheese Verdict: Good, Can Order provided you are not Lactose Intolerant Price: SG$20++ (Chope App deal of Soup + Mixed Grill at SG$30 nett) 3) Item: Peach Tea - Yummy tea with peach slices enhancing the flavour of the drink Description: A little pricy given there is no Plain/Tap water option, with the only alternative being environmentally unfriendly bottled water Verdict: Acceptable, Order only if you are really thirsty as you can get a cheaper and larger drink over at the nearby KFC or 7-ELEVEn Price: SG$5.50++ 4) Item: Iced Mocha Description: Drink was a little too sweet with little coffee or chocolate flavour. Too pricey for such poor quality drink Verdict: Fail, Don't Waste Time Price: SG$4++

This branch is pretty good. Tried the half-rack ribs. Tender with good bbq sauce; value for money. Parmesan cheese fries was good too. Not good: fish in the fish and chips was dry. Corn on the cob was bleh. Salad dressing on side salad was a pathetic amount. Remaining sides were okay. The 2 staff who served us were obviously inexperienced teenage boys. Nothing wrong with their service but it was painfully obvious they had no idea what they were doing. They tried their best.

Ordered the premium grill set, seafood set and parma ham pizza. However, every dish and component was too heavily seasonsed. Only comment is SALTY for every bite. Pity that it was all well plated and presented. Service staffs was mostly poorly trained and young part timers. Became more like a messenger to the only floor manager, rather than to provide service. The kitchen informed the rockets was out of stock for the pizza, when looking at the menu, 2 other pizza had other form of "leaves" and we requested to make that replacement. After 3 rounds of checking, only then the staff was able to inform that menu picture showed the "leaves" was all non-existent and for illustration only. Overall an unpleasant dining experience.

Redeemed Chope 1-for-1 deal today Never in my entire life had I felt my entire meal was all about consuming sodium. Mushroom soup was acceptable, could’ve more mushroom chunks to create the texture that differs it from a canned soup. Mixed grill VEG SALAD Overcooked / Old vegetables soaked in salt water and pepper? Mixed grill ROASTED CHICKEN Salty for sure, roasted chicken skin was a little crispy and doesn’t not really hold well to the meat. Mixed grill PORK CHOP Salty, over-marinated. Tender, however mushroom sauce was also salty. Mixed grill SAUSAGE Salami-alike sausage, managed to lighten the saltiness with given dip. Mixed grill POTATO-BROCCOLI CAKE Probably the least salty item on plate. Mixture of potato chunks, whipped potato and mashed broccoli. I wonder if the head chef ever tried finishing the entire plate on his own. It felt like each component was cooked by an individual and there is no appointed person (usually the head chef) to ensure there is balance in the flavours. For example, boil vegetables to offset the possibility heavy flavoured meat. Towards the end of my sodium meal, there were more greases than I usually see on the plate. Perhaps the entire purpose was about selling/promoting the water? Warm water is chargeable at $0.50, ice water at $1. Given such high sodium meals served, they should consider providing free flow water to cleanse/rinse tastebuds.

We had 2x Argentine Black Angus Ribeye Prime Steaks (Medium), which came with seasonal vegetables, potato au gratin, pesto cream and black pepper sauce. The steak was slightly overdone - almost like a medium well but was passable. The steak was still juicy and the sides went well with it. The ambiance in the restaurant is good and there is more than enough space on an early Saturday evening.

Went with my friends for dinner. Salad and mains were not bad.. but the desserts are a bit questionable.. we ordered three desserts and asked to check how come the third one didn’t come and were only told after we asked a second time that its out of stock.. oh well.. however, we couldn’t understand why Apple crumble and chocolate lava was not served hot? I mean its not even warm.. seriously chocolate lava tasted good but its cold.. and no lava.. my apple crumble tasted like it’s straight out from the fridge.. we asked the server if this was the way they serve the desserts he say will check but didn’t get back. Well, I generally liked their food a lot but has been a while since I had food at their outlets. First time trying their desserts, so its um ??‍♀️??‍♀️ Will I return? Yes because their main foods are still nice and good but will skip the desserts next round. Their service is still not too bad as well. Thank you for attending to us even when you are busy.
