Giving this place one star is an insult to the rating of this place . I followed my brother in law (BIL) to get his refund (He prepaid for his alteration) from this shop. BIL went in there as the alteration was not needed .The salesperson was quick to be on the defensive and said they will never accept any pre pay for any alteration . BIL could not find his receipt and was asking if the salesperson could please look through their invoice if BIL could provide the date . The salesperson just said it's too far back to look and they can't do it . Such unprofessionalism. I was utterly disgusted by their customer service

Stitched 2 Bridal blouses for wedding. Padmini, the store in-charge, offered many designs and patterns for the blouses, which were all very beautiful and intricate. A little pricey, but definitely worth the buck for major occasions like wedding. Designs and work are top-notch, on-time collection!

Pathetic and unprofessional service. I recently took their service for stitching blouses, saree fall and alterations. I needed for Diwali 2020 and had a total billing of $800+. I was serviced by one of their owners Padmini and on day one she had big talks about how good the work would be...she basically promised high quality and on time service. However at the time of delivery it was a disaster. Firstly they never completed my work on the given date and when I stepped into the store, that is when their tailor took on the task to complete the job. Secondly inspite of giving them a sample of my best fitting blouse, their version was a very bad fit. Thirdly on my bill there were clear instructions written for "no padding" yet in every blouse of mine they added pad ( do they even bother to see their own notes to cater to a customer's needs? Clearly not). Finally what was worse is that the same mistakes were repeated even the second and third time after repeated explainations and rewritten instructions. So my final conclusion stands clear...NEVER STEP INTO COLOURS BOUTIQUE APOLLO SELAPPA They will give you a nightmare for sure. One thing to note is that they are super efficient in collecting the payment is advance for their horrible work.

As we need to stitch saree blouse for wedding. Went to the store and served by Padmini, the store in-charge. I was showing her design but she insist on her own design. On top of that was rude and made crude remarks. She was clearly not listening to my views. She was not giving eye contact to the customer as she speaks. Since our start was not good. We ended up not doing our blouse there. I'm not surprised by the bad reviews here. As a bride we want to deal with less stressful store and took our business elsewhere.

Beautiful collections, however the owner of this place is extremely rude & arrogant. I went there with my family for Deepavali shopping. We had asked one of the staff there whether we can try on the clothes and they asked us to go ahead. Shortly after, the owner came up to use and started scolding us, claiming that customers are not allowed to use the fitting rooms due to the virus. I do not understand why there is a need to shout at customers regarding a rule. Moreover, I have noticed her being rude with the staff that are working under her. Even though the staff are nice, after noticing her attitude, I refuse to go back to Colours to shop for any occasion. In addition to this incident, I had called Colours previously to give them a saree blouse for stitching. The owner was rude to me over the phone as well. I should have checked the other reviews on Google before making my way to the store. I do not recommend colours at all!! It is a shame that their collections are stunning though.

Gave my wedding blouse stitching to Colours! I was super amazed when I saw the end product. Was better than what I expected and I also got it in time! Thank you colours!!

I had the most terrible experience here at colours. After giving my blouse and sarees for stiching, Padmini (owner) told me to call 2 days before the given date to collect the blouse to check if it's ready for collection. I did as instructed and she told me to come collect it as it's ready. When I went to collect, the sarees were not even touched yet for stiching. However my blouses were done and that's the only reason I'm giving 1 star. I was then told to wait for an hour so that they can stich falls for 3 of my sarees. I waited an hour and came back. Padmini was stiching my saree and told me to wait another 20mins. So much for arrogantly telling me to call 2 days before to check if it's all ready! She didn't even apologise. When I went home and checked the saree, one of my saree was not stiched despite waiting an hour and a half! I had to go down again to get it done. Their excuse: Too many wedding orders. If you have overwhelming orders, then do not take my order in the first place. So greedy for money. This place is not worth at all. Very expensive, poor service and an extremely arrogant and rude owner! As well as one of the tailor. Who only insists in his own designs. Cannot be receptive of customer's design, then don't do tailoring in the first place.

I chose Colours boutique for my blouse stitching through my friend, although the google reviews were not that good, i chose to go to them and i was not wrong. The stitching is perfect and a very good customer service. You can know the details of your order through WhatsApp, if you contact them they respond to our queries promptly. And the GM Mrs. Padmini is so friendly. I am not a big customer to them as i didn't purchase anything from their store, even then each customer is important and i could see that in her smile.
