Very very bad service. This kind of companies shouldn't even exist in Singapore. They will talk to you very nicely at the beginning. Once you have a maid and you require to change, they will drag till the grace period is over and then ask you to pay again everything. I have reported them to MOM. Do not trust this agency.

I am glad that I chose Chandra Maid Agency. You guys did a fantastic job by carefully selecting my helper. Shes is puuurrrfect and really cares for my infant and two elder children. Thank you for taking the extra mile to understand my priorities and also serving me patiently. You guys are indeed the most reputable Indian Maid Agency in Singapore. Thumbs Up Guys!!!!!

I am dealing with Chandra Maid Agency for the past 6 years. This is my 3rd helper from them. Professionalism well maintained and I will still continue to engage their services. Just a note to new employers, as long as we dont have rocket science expectations, the helpers manage their responsibilities well.

More attention is needed to accurately displaying online profiles of your domestic helpers. Although on the website, profiles are updated on a daily, it never was the case. It was annoying when we as clients did our due diligence, researched and selected 3 potential helpers, only to be told none are available, although on the website they were listed as being available immediately. Rely to owner: I think you mistook me for another client. Anyway, what I was referring to wasn't about the time difference issues. I am referring to the accuracy of domestic helpers' biographies. If they are not available to be hired, the company should not be displaying their biographies and stating they are available immediately for placement. I do not think I have made any unfair judgement. It is a constructive criticism. Update your information on a more regular basis so that potential clients have the most updated info especially in this time and age when information is available at the click of a button.

I viewed the negative feedback posted. Posting your concerns here will not resolve your concerns. Please rectify your concerns with the agency directly. I employed my help from Chandra about nine months ago. I am blessed now but even during the initial stage, when I raised my concerns with Chandra, she gave me the timely responsonse. I am pleased with their transparent service. NO Hidden cost. Agency Fees, Ins and maid salary upfront. Why do any employer want to pay anything else? I am shocked reading some of reviews. Anyway, Chandra Keep up the Spirits...

I tend to agree with some of the negatives written. in these reviews. I wrote a strong watsapp msg to them regarding mum's, helper who was terminated, yesterday. Some stranger came to her house and asked her to sign some documents. This query, was sent to Chandra agency given number. Told them,that,,,old mum--some 80 yrs old,,,may not know what she is signing for. Anyways,,,,my right of a Police report is reserved,in the interest of my mum's well being,,,, that's all folks. If they don't respond to my query,, regarding the document.

Took a helper during COVID situation to take care of elderly. Given good recommendation on helper from the agent saying good in cooking general house chores and able to take care of elderly so agreed and proceed with the helper. But three months already still does not know how to cook, do things on time and clean. Everyday have a problem with the helper. Called to inform agency no response from them until I bug every day, informed agent helper not adapting our lifestyle. Day by day getting worst and req for a change but agent replies back saying they not producing helper. Being over stress by the agency and helper. Unexpected service from them.

Posting on behalf of my parents: A very unprofessional business owner. Rushing to receive full payment from employers before domestic helper arrived. Helper arrived 2 months after we made full payment. Having a grandfather with dementia, is definitely challenging & we understood when the helper decided to leave in less than 3 months of service. We aren’t blaming the business owner if the helper decided to leave abruptly without taking her passport from her employers. But how can the business owner falsely alarm my parents to return the helper’s passport, by saying that the police is requesting for the passport at 10pm? She did alarm my parents & they had to rush down to the owner’s residence, only to realise that the police received a call regarding a dispute between the helper & owner - nothing about the helper’s passport. Parents had to waste $45 on private hire transportation in the odd hours at night. After parents returned the helper’s passport, the owner didn’t have any level of professionalism to apologise for the hassle..but instead she was so harped on my parents paying back the helper’s salary (pay day is 7th). Beware of this business owner - unethical & focused on β€œclosing the deal”. Just by profusely addressing her customers β€˜Sir’ & β€˜Ma’am’, many innocent families may become victims because of this money-minded person!
