Enquired if there was any warranty, the team swiftly arranged for a technician to come place and replaced the arm rest FOC! Due to 3 year warranty coverage. Awesome. Warranty or not, superb after sales service for sure. Honoring the warranty and following it through swiftly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 2 sets of bedding here in Comfort Design, 1 is full set of king regular and another full set of queen regular. I also bought my dinner table here and the quality are good. The varieties of the furnitures are good too. My purchases here are very well treated by Irene Tan. Shes very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and able to explain all the furniture details. There is no hard selling and can take your time in decision making. Great sales spirit from her. I have recommended Comfort Design to my colleagues too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products, very wide range. My husband and I went to the showroom today and we especially wanted to commend Dora for her excellent service. She was super helpful and showed us lots of options for dining tables and matching benches, explaining all the differences but giving us lots of space to make decisions. She was very patient when we needed time to decide and gave us good advice. Please can you pass on our thanks and feedback to your management - she should be rewarded for her wonderful service and dedication to her work!

The logistic team are very accommodating as well, they are able to deliver within my request time frame. Installation on the spot was quick and professionally done.
