There's storage space and co-working spaces here, with a phonebooth area and pantry. There's also a parcel locker for your customers to collect their orders directly from your warehouse, without you having to be present on location! We were able to move all our stock in and set up quickly for shipping and operations. Germaine and team have been wildly helpful with trouble shooting and are always happy to lend a hand.

Process is rather smooth though the initial response for my enquiry is slow despite my urgency and I have to follow up to get my answer. Other than that is all good and locker assignment was smooth. Locker is in a air conditioned space and I'm happy with the self access.

Modern and cosy coworking space with easy access to power points and wifi! Private booths are available as well for you to take your conference calls or confidential meetings in. It's just a 15 minutes walk away from Paya Lebar MRT. Pretty quiet as it is located in an industrial area — perfect for when you want minimum distractions. The day pass charges are reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a conducive working environment (that isn't your home) especially during this WFH period. Very professional place - we put our luggage there for 4 weeks before we moved to Singapore. Not a problem at all. Very friendly and supportive staff. Super convenient communication via WhatsApp! Will only recommend this place.
