So 2 weeks ago, my husband booked/secured a 6/7 seater maxicab to the airport the night before our departure so we need not fret over transportation issues on the very day, especially when we we were travelling with 2 very young kids (21mo & 5yo). But 7 MINUTES before we were due to head down for our pre booked taxi, we got a phonecall from Comfort Delgro informing us that there was no Maxicab available for us! 7 MINS!!!! In the end, we had to pay for 2 separate taxis because of their fault, that they failed to deliver their service! Imagine travelling with 2 young kids, 2 different taxis & with luggages! Why do u offer advance booking service & make your customer pay more if your taxi is not going to show up anyway! Not to mention, the unneccessary stress you caused us pre departure! NO taxi companies should ever mess with client's bookings, especially if it was to the airport to catch a flight! We were furious & extremely appalled by this incident! Totally unacceptable!

Comfort is a dying business just trying to stay afloat. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Drivers have attitude problem and are so rude and impatient. Taxi Driver SHC8312L hp 9829 2639 left after waiting for only 3 mins for me. He had gone to the wrong pick up point in the first place and I had to walk to the pick up point he was at. Driver literally DROVE OFF when he SAW me arriving at the pick up point and cancelled my booking. This is not the industry standard of professionalism that other ride hailing companies offer. I couldn’t even give feedback or contact customer support through the app. Comfort’s app is the MOST user unfriendly and drivers don’t seem to have any penalty if they cancel on their passengers.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr FRANKIE CHEW KHENG CHYE - SH8466U for his kind assistance in carrying my heavy mobility scooter alone and direct the traffic for me. When I book taxi, it always got cancelled and I am grateful at times when I meet such helpful and friendly drivers.

Booked via App for Taxi to Airport. Not all costs included on the estimate and you end up paying an $8.00 booking fee, out of hours charges and tolls. The driver also repeatedly used his mobile phone to check and reply to What’s App messages despite my complaints regards this. It is not safe behaviour to not focus fully on the road. I complained to head office twice about this and have simply been ignored.this company has poor driver education, does not value its customers safety and hides extra costs from its fare estimates. Avoid!

Not sure what is happening with comfort, but recently very difficult to get a taxi - waiting 10-15min often no success, after finally finding one car, driver cancel the ride (happened a few times). Pushing customers to competitors which is sad as I used comfort for many years and never had this issue before.

Comfort Cab is a dying service and should just be put out of business, Grab drivers are friendly and caring. I find comfort cab drivers very rude and have no respect for the safety of others. I've been using comfort cabs for two years on a daily as Grab at night is difficult to get a taxi. I fear for my life each night I go home.. Their customers care service are nonexistent and you can't rate a bad rider so they just get away with it. Soon the day will come that comfort will be a thing of the past.

Compliant about a particular driver SHA4653R, not only he is a poor driver keeping speeding and breaking harshly chasing lights all the time, he is very abusive and unprofessional. Because his poor English and unfamiliar with our building, he was confused with another nearby building. When I tried to directed him to the right lane to avoid mistake, he shut me up arrogantly. Of course he dropped me off at the wrong place. It’s all one way streets, so I said it’s ok just go around again, then he started to complain aggressively that it was all my fault told him the wrong address and made him suffer. So not only I had to pay more because of his mistake, I had to listen to his abuse for the next five minutes. I kept reminded him there’s no point arguing as I would pay him, he never stopped. People need to avoid such driver, and the company should properly select and train them. The customer line is very hard to get through as well.
