Had arranged to view the car today with specified time. However the SE named Grace told me to view tomorrow instead when I have reached the place without informing me that the car have not reached yet. Before I reached I still asked her for the address and she still gave me without telling me that I should not come today. Wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing. Go for this company at your own risk. No professionalism at all.

In addition to the owner's lies of 6hours in their shop, i have proof that i was there with my family from 3:15PM till 610PM only. Also, I am a qualified insurance agent for 4 years and you guys (viewers) should know who to trust better. A car dealer that want to lie about the car's mileage or someone qualified? (I have screenshot evidence from the signed contract and their SGCarmart posting) If you are intending to check out/view cars from this workshop, STRONGLY advise you NOT to. Because I did not check on the reviews before purchasing, thats why my $2000 deposit is gone. & also, the bad reviews that u are currently seeing, the owner of this shop has also removed previous bad reviews to make their page better Lol. Please do not engage them, terrible experience with Grace and Sunny. I wish that I read the bad reviews before dealing with AI Motor / AI Car Holdings.. They cheated my deposit and wasted my time. Never ever deal with them. Worse experience with a car dealer. After sharing with my friends, realised that they are well known for cheating and selling faulty cars. Please beware everyone.

TERRIBLE CAR WORKSHOP DO NOT DEAL Cheated my $2000 deposit and even after i won the case from Small Claims Tribunal, they did not adhere and did not pay up my $2000. LIED ABOUT MILEAGE AND VERY UNREASONABLE Even their own staffs thinks so. Over promise under deliver DO NOT DEAL unless u too much money to throw

Bought a used car in great condition it has been six months now. Grace help me to get my loan process and hassle free. She also help me to arrange for 3rd party inspection at Ai Motor Came back for servicing, value for money will recommend to my friends

Had gearbox issue since September 2020 went to them to get it fixed but the problem persist. Had to chase them to get the problem fixed but they kept dragging the issue as long as they can and going back and forth between parts need to order, parts delivery by next week, shipment delayed and only can wait for parts from overseas. They cannot assure me as a customer that my car is going to get fixed and they cannot even make an estimate on when my car is going to be fixed. The car has been sitting at their workshop for more than 3 weeks collecting dust. They cannot even describe to me what is wrong with the gearbox even after repeatedly going back to them. I got fed up and hauled the car to the workshop opposite theirs to get it fixed and everything was in order in less than 2 weeks. The opposite workshop was professional updating me on what they were going to do with my car and even got my car thoroughly washed. In short, this workshop is probably not reliable and probably not a gearbox or engine specialist as advertised on their website. In my opinion, their unscrupulous way of going about doing their business makes it hard for me to recommend this workshop. I would recommend other workshop at that level.

DEAL AT YOUR AT OWN RISK! Had bought a used car from this company half a year ago and I have to say that they are the worst. ‘Sales talk’ their way through before the deal & had promised me to rectify certain issues after handing over the car. However, they turned their back against me after the transaction, DID NOT KEEP TO THEIR PROMISES and DENY any promises made beforehand. When I collected the car, the person who made the promises did not show up and pushed their responsibility to other staff. Approached them thereafter due to several faults in the car. The owner, Grace, even had the cheek to tell me that I should have bought a new car and they are not responsible for anything. So if you have no choice but have to deal with them, pls DOCUMENT ALL their promises. I have transacted with quite a few car dealers and I have to say again that they are the worst. Do not waste your time and money with them.

Have bought a car from AI almost a year ago. So far, it has been running in tip top condition apart from normal wear and tear, which is expected with used cars. Went back to AI recently due to an accident (hit by a PHV driver). Owner Grace oversaw the entire claim and repair process.(as well as offering a replacement vehicle due to this inconvenience). Finally, the car is back in my possession. Kudos to Grace once again !
