★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a small room for 2 months which almost like a jail cell. Barely used it.
They claim $350 "cleaning and repainting" fee for a an extremely small room.
This $350 "cleaning" fee was not brought up when I was enquiring them about the cost. Seems to be they went out of their way to hide this.
My 2 months rental came up to $650, which I have zero qualm paying even though I used the room less than 5 times. But this "cleaning and repainting" fee which cost twice as much as the 2 month rental is ridiculous. The fact that they chose NOT to reveal this fee in the beginning made the whole scenario even worse.
To top it all off, I have to deposit $600+ on top of rental. They claim that they will refund this rental after 60 days upon me leaving. It has been more than 60 days and I have yet to receive this deposit back from them.
A cutthroat company who have zero empathy for their customer during this tough time.
There are better options. I would rate them zero if google review allows.
