I’m very grateful for his help with my condition today. He is definitely a doctor whom I will strongly recommend to my family and friends for his skills.
Also a quick shout out to Maybel for her swift email follow ups and caring service onsite. Amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a surgery with Dr Timonthy Shim. The level of service received was excellent from the entire team. Dr Shim was patient and attentive as were his nurses especially Carol who are prompt to replies and queries during my recovery period. Kudos to his pregnant OT nurse who had to endure the Operation time standing and also attended to my aftercare queries right after the operation. I am also more than pleased with the surgery results! Thank you to the Clifford surgery team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting many other aesthetic clinics with minimal improvements to my acne scars, i visited Clifford Clinic and did Q-switch & V beam laser. It took just 3 sessions to lighten almost 80-90% of the marks. Highly recommend Dr Chow & team for being super approachable & knowledgeable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently did double eyelid surgery with Dr Timothy, highly recommend! Doctor & nurses there were very nice & accommodating. Was scared throughout the procedure but they definitely calm me down a lot. Zero pain, no bruising and the results was definitely better than I’ve expected.

Seen google reviews about clifford clinic and decided to give it a last try and was very surprised and super happy at the results! My face has cleared up a whole lot that even my family and friends have complimented on how smooth and good my skin has became. Even though the packages are quite expensive but i really feel that it is worth it. The staffs and doctor are very friendly and kind as well. Really recommend this place to people with acne issues.

I fully appreciate Dr Ee and team’s professionalism. Prior to treatment, pricing was fully transparent and the procedure was clearly explained during consultation. I knew exactly what would be done and there were no negative surprises.
I value that they take interest in their patients’ well-being. There are regular check-ins in between sessions to make sure I was healing well. They also make regular progress checks with photos to make sure that the treatments are on track. I believe this enabled Dr Ee to customize the treatments accordingly to ensure the optimal results.
The clinic is well situated and nicely renovated. Treatments were done in privacy and in a comfortable environment.
Absolutely no regrets in engaging Clifford Clinic. They remain my only choice for aesthetic treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done many research online and came across Dr Timothy Shim as one of the most experienced plastic surgeon in town. Hence I consulted Dr Shim and did a fat grafting surgery to my eyelids last year in Clifford.
Overall the experience is great as Dr Shim is very professional, patient and attentive during the consultations, surgery, as well as post review sessions.
The customer service is great too where Elley took good care of me throughout the whole process on surgery day and Carol (Dr Shim's assistant) who is friendly, professional and always be there to clarify my doubts if I have any.

Dr Chow is superb, nice and gentle when doing the treatment.
You totally feel painless especially when i did my botox, Nose thread lift and acne scars removal & CO2 laser. He is so trustworthy and skillful.
The clinic has great patient follow up to ensure i am okay
