A friend recommended Complexions for a haircut, and I went to the Little India one. Reena cut my hair beautifully and also suggested a spa for my dry, frizzy hair. Both turned out well and I am very happy with what she did ?? Highly recommend Complexions for hair services.

Not satisfied at all. First they take an appointment and then make you wait. Then they even cancel the services they accepted at the first place after doing just one. If they cannot do the job, they should not even take an appointment. Also they only can do one specific hairstyle. Its better you cut it at home.

Finally...I am here at Complexion Beauty Salon, writing my honest review about their service and staff. I was planning to visit this salon since very long time for my hair treatment, but I was skeptical about results. But finally I decided to give it a try and I am amazed by the results I got. My hair texture was very dry and freezy. I took an appointment for keratin treatment including haircut and highlights. Aftab Ali took good care of my hair. He is really good at his work. Thanks

I had made well advance booking for hair cut on 6 May at 4pm. Had a confirmation reminder on my booking thru email too. A lady staff called me to inform Reena has gone to India & since its busy on 6th my booking needs to be cancelled & offered a slot on Wednesday. Informed her I will not be able to make it on Wednesday & the call ended abruptly. After which i called the outlet & asked for a slot for keratine & hair cut. A slot at 2pm on 6th was offered to me. Where did that slot miraculously appear from? Why wasn't I offered that slot instead of Wednesday slot. When i questioned the lady, she hung up on me & the line was kept busy after that. I have had my haircut in Melville Park several times & also once at the Little India outlet. Looks like they do not welcome nor respect their return customer!
