Don't simply blame n review others, actually some Of people Canot satisfied with good service also,i have been there past 2 years n same staff of dewis (praveena)service soo good n,of course u treat them good way u get good service,don show ur attitude to them.be nice

I get my eyebrows done here regularly and I have no complaints. I'm not particularly picky, and the price is really great!

It’s the most HORRIBLE place you can ever go ON EARTH!! Went to do my threading yesterday at Dewi’s beauty and was served by a totally inexperienced therapist! She doesn’t know at all what she was doing!!! Her colleague came out half way and took over the job. When her colleague took over she told me I naturally don’t have much hair on my eyebrow and I told her that’s very strange!! During the process of threading, they kept mumbling and whispering and then got a pencil to draw on one of my eyebrow after threading. I couldn’t really see anything wrong with it because it was drawn over with a pencil. However when I got home and removed my make-up, to my horror my eyebrow was totally out of shape and CAUSED LOTS OF BALD PATCHES on the right side!!!!! I got an important event to attend this weekend & this is what these horrible ladies did to me! I m sad & SUPER ANGRY with what they did to me! HOW COULD SOMEONE WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THREADING DO IT FOR SOMEONE!!!! HOW COULD SOMEONE EVEN COVER FOR HER COLLEAGUE WHEN SHE HAS DONE A GRAVE MISTAKE!! I m now desperately trying to grow my eyebrow hair back! PLEASE DONT EVER VISIT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE IN YOUR LIFE!!

I had been here for threading, she used hot wax on my upper lip. Because of which now there is black patch on my upper lip which is looking bad on my face. Would not recommend and will not be visiting again this place

I recently visited this place for the first time for my routine requirement. However, my experience wasn't a pleasant one as one would normally expect: Pros: 1. the location of the place. 2. It's very nicely renovated and well maintained compared to other salons on the same street 3. It's open until 10 at night Cons: Apart from the above 3 points, there is nothing good about the place. Neither the staff nor their service. My experience on my visit 2 days back was a mere nightmare. The 2 females there who started with my waxing were highly unprofessional. Initially they started with the wax roll-on which was too hot..after insisting for a Luke warm one, she started using a cold wax which was creating a lot of friction even to apply the wax which turned out to be a very painful procedure ..after that she was constantly using the used strip to wax which added to pain. The way they were waxing showed how untrained they are ..first timers could do better. I ended up ''SCREAMING" in pain.. Towards the end of the waxing procedure, when I asked them to redo few places which were not done properly..my request was turned down. The whole of the above procedure landed me with a ''PEELED SKIN" & visit to doctors thereafter. After each of the so many requests I made during my time there, Me as a customer, was made a subject matter of laugh in their local south Indian language which was alien to me. And all I could sitting there was nothing! Wow.. Towards the end of the whole saga, when I rudely told them that this was my first and last time here..they were not even civilised & mannered enough to apologize for the whole incident Inspite of seeing how badly I got injured. Instead they left the room angrily and were very arrogant in accepting the payment which I shouldn't have even paid for their pathetic service. Wish there were negative stars to rate them!

Been here for a very long time for eyebrow threading. Really love the professionalism. Very friendly staff and budget friendly too! Highly recommend!

Went for few services, the ladies kept repeatedly talking in their local language and laughing irrespective of me mentioning I am not comfortable if they are talking(mocking) me! It was in a way I paid them for body/skin shaming me. High unprofessional, Rude and Inconsiderate behaviour, not to forget they did services as if I was a non-living object sitting their with no sensitivity of emotions or skin. Would never recommend. Update: I left a review about their horrible services on their Facebook page and goggle and they blocked me from accessing their Facebook page. Not sure if I have came across such naive unprofessional behaviour ever in my life. Would recommend to never use their services. No professional ethics whatsoever both for people and reviews!

Their waxing is great! I love the wax they use. Hard wax and the azulene soft wax. My hair growth has reduced too. I got my services done by Pavi. She is a perfectionist.
