I went to convergent systems as my watch had trouble syncing with my phone and i couldn't receive messages. after 2 hours of troubleshooting, they still could not solve the problem and in fact told me to bring my phone to apple to get it checked instead?! i appreciate them spending 2 hours trying to troubleshoot but overall very disappointed with the service and that they could not solve the problem in the end, leaving me with a garmin watch which i can only use partial functions, lacking the functions of which was what attracted me to purchase the watch in the first place. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I noted that my Fenix 5S watch had been very inaccurate about measuring the steps I took on the step widget for the past few months but I did not do anything about it until a few days ago. I first emailed Convergent Systems and was guided through some troubleshooting which did not help so I made an appt to go down to Convergent Systems instead. There, they also noted the disparity between the actual steps taken and the number of steps reflected on the step widget. Despite having exceeded my warranty period, they very generously offered to replace my unit for free. As the new unit battery was flat and they did not want to take up too much of my time, they suggested I go home first and they would send the unit over to my place and help with all the phone syncing again. Special mention goes out to Hau who addressed my emails and also specially came all the way down to my place after work to bring the new unit and helped me set up my watch. I am extremely grateful this time for the length the staff went through in helping me replace my watch. Thank you so much!

Excellent support for Garmin products, no time wasted at all and responsive even on emails. Really good at honouring warranty claims, too!

Went to get my Garmin Vivoactive HR fixed. It's closing time but I was attended to promptly. Came down to the new USB cable that came with the watch that was faulty. It can charge the device but it can't sync the data to the Garmin Express software. This is the part that is unacceptable. I received a new cable lost valuable time on the troubleshooting and replacement. Parking is not available at the building and u have to park outside using the public lots (usually occupied) or some carparks in other buildings. Could do more to provide information on their website to advise drivers where to leave their car.

Sent in my faulty power supply for servicing. Walked a short distance cutting thru some industrial building. Once you reached the entrance you won’t miss the direction to Customer Service. Was surprise to see a queue system in place. Very good effort. Also I went at 12pm+. Was prepared to be turned away. However there were still CS officers manning the place! My request was processed and they happened to have a new piece so I got a 1-1 exchange. The whole replace process took less than 20mins. Even Creative Technology support area didn’t look this good. They still looks like in their 90s (serious not joking). They were using those 14-15” LCD monitor from the 90s when I last visit. The place did not look like a service center. This is the standard how a tech company Service and Support should look like.

Went there multiple time to fix/exchange my Garmin devices (L3). Nice and prompt service, highly recommended. P.S. Don't forget to register your devices properly after purchase to enjoy the extended warranty

Went to get my faulty Corsair wireless headset checked. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Got my headset replaced as still under warranty. Good service. Keep up the good work.
