On the day of installation, the two COOLSERVE Installers were highly skilled and professional in undertaking the installation on site to my full satisfaction. Many thanks to all at COOLSERVE and especially Evan, whom I will not hesitate to recommend to others for their air-condition requirements. Thumbs up for COOLSERVE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with Mr Ah Yong the air -con installer who came alone to install my aircon unit today. Yong is very knowledgeable in his area of work and polite. He is very helpful & humble during the installation aircon unit in my living room eg helping us to shift our furniture and covering up with plastic to keep my furniture from the dust during installation. He displayed professionalism by not using the phone for personal communication during the 2/3 of the day in my place. He skipped his lunch despite being offered lunch by me and my husband. He really maximised his time working alone installing the aircon . I am thankful and grateful to Yong for being very responsible and efficient in his installation work???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yong and his team is very detailed and fast with their installation. He often go the extra mile to help out their clients.
Even txt to check if the aircon installation is fine.
Have already engaged him for two jobs - aircon installation with full overhaul and retrunking.
Whether condo or HDB, just look for Yong. High recommended!! You will have a peace of mind, however pls reserve him in advance, he is on long waiting list due to his good services..

The Sales Executive Mr Evan, was friendly and prompt with all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The team of technicians, Mr.Ben & Mr.Ng, did an excellent job with the installation. They were friendly, super nice and cleaned up all the mess after the job was completed. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Coolserve to anyone who needs any aircon services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the service render from the beginning till the end. With so many aircon brands available in the market, the explanation based on my requirements was done patiently and detailed provided by Evan.
The arrangement for installation was hassle free and even with the short notice given, they managed to work it out despite their tight schedule.
Kudos to your team of technicians, Yong, Ben and the rest of the team for the swift yet solid installation. All 4 sets of aircon was installed in merely an hour! ????

They contact me to set up our regular maintenance appointments by SMS and it is convenient and fuss-free. I have been served by the same pair of technicians for almost as long as I have been using CoolServe. They are friendly, punctual and very responsive.
I have never thought of writing a review until today because of the experience today. One of my air con was leaking on Saturday night. My husband left a message on their voice mail on Sunday and the service staff called back early on Monday morning. The usual team was not available so they sent another team who came before 11 a.m. to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. My family is impressed and happy with their excellent service!
