β β β β β Very good service from Lee and CK, arrived during stipulated time frame and completed within around 1 hour total for algae cleaning and chemical wash. Apparently cheaper than other companies and also given 90 days warranty. Transparent about costs and also given a discounted price. Will engage them again for regular servicing (every 3 months). Customer service is also very responsive ?

β β β β β Replies very quickly and is also efficient. Lip came early and also recommended what services he will do to repair my leaking and weak air conditioner. After he was done, my air con is now working at its finest again, will definitely call GoodCool Service down again if I need to next time! Highly recommended!! ?? He is also very polite :)

Indeed, lived up to the 5Stars.
Did Chemical Overhaul on all my 4 FCUs and Chemical Wash on the 2 Compressors, Top-Up gas and change the Armaflex Insulation for the FCUs.
Aircon looks new and it is very cold now, as good as having new A/C System. Money well spent and Highly Recommended!!!

β β β β β Was looking for an air-con company as I had a terrible experience with a previous one. It was easy to book an appointment with GoodCool. 2 technicians came on time. There was a water dripping sound that came from inside both my air-con units. They accessed the units, said they couldnβt detect what was wrong and suggested that I chemical wash everything. They informed me of the prices and I agreed before they started. I had not done chemical wash before and was skeptical but looking at the before and after results, Iβm extremely satisfied. Great work ethic, wore masks at all times, cleaned up the floor slightly before they left. Best part is, I monitored the air-con units after and there was no sound anymore. I will engage this company in the future. Thank you!

β β β β β Booking process was fuse free and prompt. Upfront about costs. The technician Qing did a good job. Arrived on time, kept our house clean and dry throughout the process. Will engage their services again. Highly recommended!
Update: aircon pipe started leaking. They were prompt to come by the same day to fix the issue with no extra costs. All is good now!
