Have tried other Singapore copier providers and Print-IQ is the best so far with excellent service from their sales, technician and customer service staff.Β If you are looking for excellent copier service and good long term support, I highly recommend them.

I am writing in great disappointment at the service I am receiving from HP's service partner, Print-IQ. We initially reported a problem with our printer in July 2019 ie. our printer would jam every time we attempt to print anything. DespiteΒ numerousΒ attempts to fix it, the problem remained unresolved.. resulting in the email forwarded below. In response, I received a call from Print-IQ's service manager, Mr Anuar, who informed me they planned to do a one-to-one replacement as they were not able to isolate the root cause of the problem. I explained the use of the printer and our reliance on it in our SME and he committed to ensuring that the machineΒ would be replaced by mid-August 2019. It is now mid-September 2019 and despite numerous calls to the Help desk for Mr Anuar to return my call, he has not done so and has not responded to us in any way. At the same time, our printer also showed that it was running out of toner. We had called and lodged a service request to ask for replacement toner cartridges to be sent a week ago but we have not received anything as yet. As a last resort, we called a sales representative from HP/Print-IQ, Zachary, who has been talking to us about replacing the printer with another in October. Despite being on the second year of a 3 year service contract, Zachary stated that no replacement toner cartridges would be sent nor the agreement to replace the faulty system would be effected until we agreed to purchase a new HP printer (via Print-IQ). When our staff reminded him of the service contract, he threatened cancellation of the service contract and again stated rather vehemently that no service will be accorded unless we made our decision and confirmed our purchase with him. Having previously been in the IT service industry for more than 20 years running the service organisation of a Fortune500 IT MNC in the Asia Pacific region, I find it shocking that a customer would be treated in this manner by any company's service and sales representatives. I am disappointed that HP would allow its partners, who represent them, in their customers' eyes resort to such blackmail and strong-arm tactics to achieve sales and service targets. I hope this is just an anomaly and that HP will be taking steps soon to rectify what is clearly a service failure by a much vaunted service organisation. Thank you. Adrian Tan

Used to have a 2nd hand refurbished copier which breaks down often and high toner supply cost. Print-iQ Sales recommended me an affordable copier that fit my budget and now I have a new copier with lower toner cost. Service is great too. Overall, my company save more money than getting a 2nd hand copier. Wish the new copier is same price as the 2nd hand one then I give 5 stars! But overall save costs and good service.

Recommend to get the free assessment on site by Print-IQ. After they perform assessment of my office, users Β and usage, then they proposed a solution.Β  I use to have a few printers and copiers and spend a lot on toners and paper,Β  time on repairs and calling for support. Now with Print-IQ,Β  we have faster and more reliable copiers, number of machines reduced, lower cost, spend less time calling for support and most importantly, productivity improved and staff are also happier due to better performance. Good job on the assessment that result in my company having higher performance, productivity and lower cost. The support service is also very good too.
