★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it to be a real frustrating experience and a test of your patience. After payment has been made via the online shop, it is impossible to get a hold of them. I have tried calling numerous times and emailing but no one will answer or reply. Prices are not cheap and I have yet to receive my order. My advise will be to purchase from elsewhere.

Your website say in stock. I placed an order. Your customer care says no stock. Your history says shipped.
Till now NO DELIVERY and NO ITEM in sight. NO ANSWER and response from your side.
I wasted this week trying to get my ink from you and got nothing.
RIDICULOUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them twice so far, minor blip on the first delivery when they tried to delivery to the billing address, but it was quickly resolved.
I find the selection ok, they don’t have the toner for my printer but everything I need I have found. So will use them again for sure.

However I needed my order urgently for an event and the staff at Stationery world was super helpful and provided me a replacement upon self collection without having to pay for another batch.
