★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred by Poliform Space furniture to choose stones for my kitchen. Was practically ignored. There was one sales girl and she was attending to someone else when I entered the store. But she didn't even seem interested to acknowledge my presence throughout my time there. Nobody assisted me during my entire time there. Not even a hi. Shocking customer service.
If you set up a shop to sell your products then you need to hire staff with the right service attitude to market your products well. Selecting stones for the kitchen is not like buying clothes at a boutique. Customers clearly cannot be expected to 'self service' with stones selection isn't it?
