Ordered some floor tiles a few days ago to replace a few damaged ones. The person who attended to my phone call not only asked me for the model no. but also the year I first indented them so that he can try to get stocks from the same batch(to better ensure similarity in color tones). When confirming the delivery, 2 staff told me 2 different dates for delivery. I was confused but I didn’t make a fuss as I was available on both dates. However, the company wow-ed me, the customer by waiving off delivery charges of $50(a gentleman by the name of Travis, the same person I spoke with when I ordered called to inform). I didn’t expect nor asked for it. Thank you, Travis. Thank you, #Hafary !! #WOWservice

The sales girls are mostly green horn, bad at calculations and basic knowledge. I did my own calculations and was corrected by one of the sales girl, but it turn up my calculation was correct. Contacted her and she was rude and just brush me off and to reorder which will only be send the next day. she don't know the fact it is so hard to organize our time for the tiler to come patch up the extra pieces and the inconvenience caused. Look for the guys, they are very technical and knowledgeable, it's easy to make sensible decision when advice are given probably. I made a total of 3 orders, the most pleasant one was the first time which was attended by the a sales guy.

Not bad. Quite a good selection of tiles. Prices are quite reasonable I feel. However, the peranakan designs are rather limited, and there aren't that many traditional designs. Very, very crowded (what safe distancing?) on a Saturday afternoon. That whole stretch has quite a few tile shops. Can consider going into each for a look.

A wide range and is a big warehouse. Brought there by my contractor and bought tiles but after installing it on my floor (upon key collection), realised there are synchronised podka dots stains/ smudges/ shades (looking like a very aligned & synchronised finger print stains) on all over the floor tiles. Only can be seen under lights/ shines but its really disturbing as though ur floor can nvr be cleaned properly. Feedback to contractor and advised to monitor for a few months after staying in (as he suspected could be just dirty stains left after renovation) but now coming to 4 months, the stains doesnt seem to go away and looks like its created during the process of manufacturing of tiles. Something that u cant spot/ notice when u are choosing ur tiles in the warehouse. Pls advise (anyone) if u have experienced on something similar and solutions. 3/2/2020 update: googled and the problem is called Optical Haze. Common problem for China manufactured tiles and most likely caused by poor polishing work.

Travis Tan has been a Great Help to resolve the incorrect tiles cutting and incorrect delivery address issues. He checked and assisted me to ensure the correct dimension of tiles’ cutting and the correct delivery address to be submitted to the backend team which were wrong initially. Thankfully I have Travis help ????????? Travis is the embodiment of Great Customer Service and Support ??????

Just received a missed call and upon call back, a very rude lady by the name of Shirley picked up the call. Please train your staff how to engage client properly, she needs to attend effective communication. The 3 stars is for the lady (forgot to ask for her name) who seats beside Evon (hafary Sales staff) when I visited yesterday evening which helped us professionally. Shirley don’t deserve any star at all..

Wide selection of tiles. Joanne was the only one who approached me when I entered Hafary. She was very patience during the whole tile selection process. Needed some opinion and she came up with a few suggestions and alternatives for me to choose from too. Overall, good experience. Thank you!
