Fantastic knowhow, skills, problem-solving ability, quality and dedication to customer service. I had a long-running problem with water damage and rot in my old kitchen sink cabinet, which needed to be replaced. I contacted various carpenters, who were inattentive and unhelpful. A well known interior design and carpentry studio was willing to do the job but insisted that the downtime (I.e. time I would not have use of my kitchen sink) would be at least a few days, possibly more, in order to correctly measure the components of the cabinet post-dismantling, and fabricate the replacement parts. This downtime would of course have been extremely inconvenient for my household, as we have only one kitchen sink. When I contacted Cosy, they were very helpful and confident of being able to solve this problem without any significant downtime. They came down briefly one day to take measurements and assess the carpentry requirements, which they were able to accurately do without dismantling the existing cabinet. Once the replacement parts were fabricated, their team came down, dismantled the existing kitchen sink cabinet and installed the replacement cabinet, all within a few hours. My family suffered no downtime or loss of use of our kitchen. The replacement cabinet itself is top notch quality, and we are very happy with it. I'm very impressed by the customer service, professionalism and expertise of Gino and his team, which all far exceeded those of the longer-established carpenters / IDs that I spoke with. I unreservedly recommend the Cosy team.

Absolutely Awesome by Team Cosy Carpentry. Asked for a quote on platform bed and built-in wardrobe for my kids room. Excellent service by Ricky and his team, visited my unit and gave the best quote for the platform bed and wardrobe. Without hesitation, agreed to the carpentry works to be done. Ricky and his team even recommended and did adjustments just to make the carpentry works match with the current ones that i did previously when first move in 3yrs ago. The job was to replace the cabinet in my kitchen. The team is very professional and completed the replacement very quickly, hampered only by their subcontractor on the stone countertop, which came about 5 days later. Price is reasonable and service is excellent. Highly recommended for all carpentry needs.

Gino went to the extra mile to help with my renovation work. It is a tight timeline but he managed to deliver even earlier! As usual I requested for some last minute changes and he accommodated with outcome that exceeded my expectations. When I check with other contractor on the cost of my reno, most people quoted 18k, but it was just 14k from him. Super reasonable price and very flexible.

Happy to be able to engage Gino service for my wardrobe for both my mum and my room. Him team was very professional and work was done seamlessly. Gino is very knowledgeable on his job, as we were quite lost on colour and materials for the wardrobe, he go to the extent to help us choose the colour tone that matches our home colour. Service was fast and as it was during Chinese New year period and worker was rushing for other project. But Gino offer to help speed up the wardrobe installation before CNY and he really did.
