Absolutely blown away by their gelatos! And I’ve tried almost every icecream/gelato place in singapore and overseas as well. You can tell the gelatos made here are artisanal, creative and made with high quality ingredients . Only downside is the wait as tables are limited. Despite the long queue, the service was superb, the counter staff greeted us rightaway and was patiently explaining their menu when it’s our turn to order. We waited about 20 minutes. We tried their Sicilian pistachio and pink guava with their Waffles which were exceptional, it was crispy, light and the amount of sweetness for the caramel sauce was just right. The staff also recommended their house made drinks- The Cotta and Orange Osmanthus Cloud. We were really surprised as we didn’t expect great drinks at a gelato shop but they were both amazing. Best find in a long time, I’ll be back for sure.

Contemplated whether I should keep this place as a true hidden gem or expose it to the world. This is the BEST ice cream waffle place I have been to thus far. The waffles were light, airy and crispy and does not collapse under the weight of the amazingly smooth gelato. Even after being slathered with heaps of Icecream, it maintained its structural integrity. The waffles were perfect. The gelatos. Star of the night. The pistachio was extremely nutty and packs a flavor explosion. The white truffle oolong had a savory twang to it and was surprisingly mouth watering. Next, their mystery flavors were a bomb. Adds a playful twist to the waffle ice cream experience.

The waffles is super crispy and fluffy, can disintegrate quite easily though. Both ice cream flavours were thick, creamy and doesn't melt easily. Not a fan of Dark Choc but this was not too bitter nor sour, with a very light tinge of French Rose. Creamy Vanilla with sweet kumquat, very lightly sourish. Overall, I think they were delicious. On the pricier front, think about $15+ for the waffles with two scoops of ice cream. The usual is orange but they are having yuzu this season. Very very fragrant osmanthus with the citrusy taste sealed in. Too much ice imo and a bigger cup will make me happier since it's $8+. Service is good, ambience is classy, warm but it's quite cramp between tables due to the shophouse layout.

This place is so amazing with flavours. They deserve many awards. The pistachio cream is so full of flavour I wish I can have a whole cup of cream. The osmathus ice tea is like osmathus u never had before. It’s out of this world. Both alcoholic ice cream is a must try , so uniquely good. They are so good with their flavours creation. Amazing amazing

A hidden gem in Tanjong Pagar ?? Along Tanjong Pagar Korean street, there is a hidden cafe called Cotta. I went there right it opens so it’s not too crowded. But I heard it gets busy at dinner since people come here to have dessert after some Korean BBQ. It’s really cozy with a nice ambience. Perfect place to relax and hang out. Con side is that it’s really hard to find the place without looking up the lantern (swipe to see). It’s also pretty small with around four tables. I got the waffle with gelato - Sicilian Pistachio and Kumsquat Vanilla. The staff kindly introduce the flavours to us so that we can pick the perfect one. I’m absolutely blown away by the gelato. Strong pistachio flavour with the right amount of sweetness. Pretty nutty and not too milky. The vanilla is super creamy and buttery with a strong vanilla flavour. I have to say it’s the best vanilla gelato I’ve ever had! As for the waffles, I’ve never had waffles that are crispy, airy and light. They wrote this in the menu and they absolutely nail it! I would love to try their other dessert and drinks but it’s pretty expensive. Double scoop + waffles are $16 (no tax). Follow @michocolll for more foodie post

Quaint little cafe nestled along Tanjong Pagar Korean food street. The pistachio ice cream and waffles are amazing - light, fluffy and not gelat at all. Only con is that it’s hard to find and there are limited seats.

Ordered Matcha and Dark Chocolate with French Rose! Amazing! Love their waffle too! It’s so crispy with nice maple syrup! Heard that the pistachio is amazing but sold out when we reached at 9pm. Will go back again! Take note that the seating capacity is really small! Update: Manage to try their pistachio! Just want to praise their service as well. The young lady was very nice. Love to go back again! My current top favourite ice cream and waffle place. The waffle is just ?

Perfectly crispy waffle with one of the best chocolate 白酒 ice-cream I’ve ever had. The chocolate ice-cream is buttery smooth and flavorful without being too sweet. The same for the other flavors and the drinks are great thirst quenchers. Place gets really crowded after lunch/dinner time and also during the weekend so best to plan a visit at off peak hours if you want to skip the queue.
