★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, very spacious, good and cheap selections! My only complaint is that they sometimes forget to remove the security tags and as someone who doesn't usually ask for receipts, you can see the confuffle I'm in hahaha. Overall, best staff there so far! Super helpful! ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casual clothes at reasonable prices. Mostly bundle sales available. There are kids stuff, menswear, female undergarments & sports wear, gifts and accessories in every Cotton On store. Casual shoes and bags are also on sale here.
Don't expect high quality stuff here though. However, there's always a charity drive going at Cotton On. You can buy recyclable bags, bottled water or tissue packs to raise funds for some overseas charity organizations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Bugis outlet today to exchange for a different size of the shorts and jeans I brought online. The staffs are very friendly and one of them even assist me to check if the other outlets have the jeans that I want when I couldn't find it in the store. Thumbs up for the quality service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for the shirt I wanted and I came to bugis to check for stock.
The shop was very crowded as it is a pre Chinese New Year weekend. Even though the shop was crowded I was able to get a staff to assist me to check on the shirt I needed.
The staff willingly offered to help check on the system which store in the vicinity had the stock . The staff manning the cashier was helpful too and assisted me in packing some of my purchases from other shops into my shopping here.
I feel happy that the staffs were very helpful and I will recommend this branch to future customers.
