Had a bummer with their product earlier but was eventually resolved due to their higher management intervention. It just shows how serious they are when customer's satisfaction is compromised. You have definitely regained my confidence in your products. Thank you!

This scent shop is latest brand new shop to open in Bugis Junction. Very cool scents, very pleasing and relaxing. They offer customization too so you can create your own scent.

Bought the metallic nebulizar from the store in Bugis Junction. In less than 5 months, I went back 3 times to complain about the nebulizar not diffusing the essentials oil. The staffs tried to replace the straw in the nozzle and did some cleaning on the nebulizar and it was working fine. However, on my 2nd n 3rd trip to get my nebulizar service for the same faults, the staff there gave excuses and pushes away responsibilities on the defective nebulizar. I questioned them how can a brand new nebulizar failed 3 times in less than 5 months. I was told that there’s no warranty and they did all they can. Bought a similar nebulizar at less than half the cost in Shopee and it comes with 12 months warranty and is working fine!! Extremely unreliable brand with over price items n lousy customer service.

Came in closing time but the staffs still welcome us ... And introduce us the signature scents and samples too. All queries were answered such as volume of room per dose and etc .. during testing the diffuser had some issues and the staff replaced with 2 sets finally brought a diffuser and 2 bottles of scent . and we enjoyed the discounts too.tried at home and it is so welcoming and refreshing ...I do hope the diffuser will last long ...

Unprofessional customer service and poor quality products - avoid this brand at all costs. I went to the store looking for pure essential oils for my aroma diffuser. The staff introduced me to their signature scents which also come in "aroma essence" bottles for diffusers. I asked whether these were pure essential oils - staff confirmed that they were. When I tried out the essence at home, I noticed the viscosity was very watery and runny, not at all like a pure essential oil. I followed up with customer service to confirm whether the essence was pure essential oils - this took multiple tries as the initial staff did not even understand my query and was providing irrelevant responses. After a very long time, I was able to confirm that what I bought was not pure essential oil, and I was initially deceived by the staff at the physical store. This was upsetting as my diffuser can only handle pure oils, and I had unknowingly used synthetic perfumes in it. The brand offered me an exchange or refund - I opted for an exchange with another bottle, which they assured me was pure essential oil (this time the bottle is labelled as pure essential oil). However, even this product was disappointing - again, the viscosity is not like actual pure essential oils and is very runny, which makes me doubt that the product is even actually a pure oil. The "oil" also has very little scent to it. Not at all worth the money or the hassle that I went through for this one bottle, when I could have gotten a much cheaper and better quality oil from other stores. The aesthetics and marketing of the brand portrays it to be a "luxury" brand, but their staff and products suggest otherwise.
