★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by the sales staff, Jennifer and she is knowledgeable about the refrigerator products and is very patient with my multiple questions. She wasn't pushy and gave me ample time to Google and consider about my purchase. 5 stars!
Unfortunately, while the purchase experience was great, the delivery was the opposite because while my purchase includes disposal of my old refrigerator, it was simply left on the ground floor by the delivery team and not properly disposed of.
Sadly, I have to change this review to 1 star and ask future customers to reconsider whether they need to pay the extra money for disposal.
