An exciting first time experience. Natusumi-San cut my hair beautifully. Love the bob hair and volume. She was indeed an expert and adviced me on my hair length with good explanation. I'm thankful that she helped me to get Chika-San to process a hair treatment for me. He was very meticulous and taught me how to blow dry my hair for easy maintenance. The staff are very polite. All in all, a wonderful and comfortable experience. Great customer service in a cosy, spacious environment. I'll be back for sure!

I have been going to this outlet since 2 years plus ago. And Yasu-san always the one handles my hair. He is very accommodating and always knows what my hair needs and how I want my cut to be. Very easy to communicate with, very patient and never dissapoint at all. Their service is great too. Noone try to hard sell anything. And everyone is just so polite and sweet.

Had my haircut with Narito for the first time today. Stylist was patient and exceptional at what he does! Would return again to have my haircut by him.

It was my first time and I wanted to colour only a section of my hair. Lisa was super duper patient and despite my 10001 different requests she suggested a colour that was perfect. She was very quick and meticulous. The hairwash was so comfortable. I appreciated that my eyes were covered and that a warm towel was put at the back of my neck. I fell asleep during the process?. The argan oil hair colour left my hair super soft n manageable. Will definitely return ? Thanks Lisa!

Has got a lot of branches in different places in Singapore and it's a very busy place. I got appointment for consultation but I was not able to get an appointment to reply my hair. There are very pleasing and friendly and they explained me the process of the hair styling which I would like to do. Unfortunately in the branch I visited and in the other branches I had no appointments available for the same day the next day and the next week also. The business shows how good they are and how the people or the customers read them. For me the shop is very busy and it's not a convenient shop for me or a normal person who cannot plan these things beyond some time. Working professionals can usually find time only during holidays and I find all these holidays were booked in the other branches as well so best wishes have a good go good luck

I was very happy with Hitomi service as she really understand my needs before telling me what is hair color is suitable for my hair. As I was going for my pre-wedding photoshoot in a month time, I told her I needed to have a nice color and she suggested me to do color + highlight as that would be much nicer especially when it is bun up and could see the various tones. Also, she managed to do a darker color for me so that in 1 month time, when the color fades off, it would still be perfect and nice, blended in well with the root color of my hair when it grows out. As my scalp is quite sensitive, the argan oil hair dye used is also very gentle and without the strong ammonia smell which I liked it alot. I also did the Eclasta Silky Treatment which involves 5 step, which also targets the scalp problem too. Basically strengthens the hair follicles and moisturizes the hair especially after dying. My hair came out smooth and soft. Hitomi also helped me style my hair with a curler and makes it look much more volume with my natural curls. Overall, I am really happy and satisfied with the excellent service and definitely would be going back there again in the future.
