Bought 2 set of Queen size Bed. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. Bought another storage queen size bed. Design is nicer and the staff are mostly friendly. Over the years, the bed frame still in good condition. No problem or defects. Reasonable price yet better material.

Very comfortable sofa purchased. Prompt delivery and value for money.

Am actually really keen to get one of the book shelve. Asked if can snap to share with spouse. The salesman replied "no photo allowed". Asked how am i gonna get opinion with wife. He just shrug off his shoulder - sending a msg thats its my problem. Asked any catalogue - his immediate response - nope. No other customer is in the shop. One classical example when a shop hired some lousy sales person. Update 1: This is in response to your first reply. Having a no photography policy is fine but it has to be rational. Of all the stores that i went, some have the same policy but the sales person will humbly explain the reasons.. In fact most will allow me to snap after i explain and shown them genuine interest. I just had to exclude the price tag. Also, this policy is a dinosaur age policy. This contradict with your uploaded photos in Facebook. If your product can be uploaded to FB, why dont allow customer to take? Essentially you are cutting off the potential for customer to share to bigger circle of ppl. That's really a bad move. If competition spying is ur concern, adjust the policy to exclude price tag. Anyway, today incident, the primary problem is not the policy alone but its with the sales man today who blatantly refused to provide alternative to share details with my spouse. I even questioned him if the only option is to get my wife into the store to view - obviously to hint him how irrational is his stance. His response is a simple "yes". It's just plain rude and unwelcoming. (note - i just finished visiting the furniture shop few blocks away - kidshaven. They provides a significant different contrast of welcoming and friendly service level than yours). You have few bookshelve selections which I really like but knowing that he will be around cut off all my intend and appetite to return to your shop. His hiring is ur lost unfortunately.

Recently bought sofa from cozy, it is very comfortable. Can mix and match to your liking. Salesperson was professional in giving advice and provided excellent after sales service.

Good and efficient for the after sales service and support. A faulty wardrobe sliding door wheel had malfunctioned. Emailed Cozy Home Furniture the next day. A call return from a staff on the same day to understand the issue and had the service man was dispatched the following day.

Purchase sofa from this company for around 6months ago. The quality was exactly as per the salesperson description. The salesperson even explain very details for the material of their product and show us around their show room to let us try all the sofa one by one patiently so that we able to differentiate every cushion of the sofa with different material and make decisions without regret. Thanks for the salesperson arrangement to make sure our order was arrived and able to delivered to our new home on time even there was alot of restrictions on shipment due to covid period. Sincerely appreciate for the kindly arrangement and we really get what we want! Will continue to support next time!
