★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location! The building is linked to a shopping mall which links you to one of the most central subway stations in Singapore - SOMERSET MRT! Five-stars too for the service! We had an amazing COMMUNITY MANAGER (her name is Melody) who is like tour guide, concierge and young butler all in one - she celebrated one of the tenants’ birthday and we all attended! (cos free cake) The rooms are spacious and clean and neat. LOVE IT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CP made the process of moving in very simple; the utilities didn't need to be set up or restarted. The team was always very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Would highly recommend, especially if you're looking for short term housing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than key agent interacting with me (Ms Eliza Veta), from noisy surrounding to not repairing/maintaining AC even after 8 days of pointing out, not a place i can recommend anyone. I was chased like a defaulter is done for a mere S$1 payment, which was not part of invoice..... But deposit will only be refunded after 8 weeks. In a place like Singapore, you can be more efficient and helpful......

From start to the end, entire team had catered and rendered to all my requirements and needs. Would definitely recommend their Managed Apartments and coliving services to others. Thanks Once again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. We had constant electrical outages and the support from CP Residences was extremely inconsistent. Whenever the electricity went out, our internet and fridge would stop working. Sometimes, CP Residences wouldn't respond for hours, and at least twice, we had to throw out everything in our fridge.
When we first showed up, lots of essentials were missing—there wasn't even toilet paper.
They apologized profusely eventually agreed to break our lease and let us move out early as compensation for the issues, but didn't think to tell us that we'd be charged an early move-out fee. That was like a slap in the face for an already terrible experience.
The apartment itself was fairly nice and modern, and I liked having a pool. But I would never, ever, ever stay with this company again or recommend it to anyone else.
