Throughout our stay at Meyer Melodia, Randy has been our trusted go-to staff for all our needs in the apartment. There was never a time that Randy did not quickly attend to all our concerns — whether on contract renewals, utilities or maintenance issues. Randy always goes out of his way to help us. Staff like Randy makes us want to stay in a Metro Residences-managed apartment. He is a valuable asset to Metro Residences who should be commended for his efficiency and overall pleasant disposition.

m	malika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons: Maintenance/other staff would show up at the unit unannounced, they would just be hanging out in the living room unexpectedly. Could be improved with a system of notifying the tenants a day in advance that staff would be at the unit and the approximate time. Unfortunately, management was not responsive when needing to be contacted for urgent matters (possibly need to hire more staff). We had issues with non-functioning fridge which took months to resolve. And if you stay in a unit with other tenants, you do not get notified when new people move in or out. Pros: Unit was spacious, decent soundproofing, deposit refund was reasonable.

They do have slight issue with their finance department :) Have faced issues in both stays I did with them - things get delayed but eventually resolved. Will help if they can streamline their finance processes.

The condo itself is spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate, with a nicely designed kitchen, which was important to us as we planned to eat in for many meals. I would like to thank and credit Randy for all his help and initiative to look for suitable place to meet our needs on our accommodation . I will highly recommend this company to look for any stay. R	Regina Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jimmy has been very helpful to us during our stay. He is always there when you needed help. Great location, clean rooms albeit limited food choices. The nearby construction can be a little noisy but otherwise a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Making the booking was very smooth, I was assisted by Randy and he was extremely helpful, informative and flexible. Highly recommend their units as the location is great! Place is clean as its well maintained! Above all, safety is everything, so I’d love to come back next time!
