★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue tickets will be issued to walk in customers till 4 PM, though office hour is: Up to 5 PM on Mon to Friday.
On Saturday, the queue ticket is till 11.30 AM, though office hour is up to 1.00 PM. (See the photo enclosed)
We anticipated a huge crowd on a fine Saturday, when we walked in. But to the contrary, the service was so excellent that we could come out CPF office within 30 minutes. Kudos!
There is a LED display to indicate the approximate waiting time, if we want to meet some officers at his/her cabin. But do not get deterred, as the front line Desk officers or Customer service officers are knowledgeable that they could solve the issues when we queue up for a ticket.
Besides, they have 5-6 dedicated computer terminals for CPF activities and if we go there with our Singpass OTP Mobile or one key token, the officers work along with us at the terminal to solve our problem.
Overall, the service was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not get through the CPF Empolyer Hotline 62202340 yesterday for 80 mins. Manage to make an appointment to visit the branch the next day, appointment was at 1130am, waited for 45 mins & there are still 4 people waiting before me. There are 10 counters but only 5 staffs working. The 2 men sitting opposite me were also complaining to each other about the waiting time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were at Bishan office yesterday to ask some questions. We're served by a well mannered, pleasant and cheerful Josephine Ngoh (room 13). She's answered all of our questions and provided very knowledgeable input. The whole place was also very well-managed. Appointment-cases were prioritized and queue was orderly. Everything done in less than 15 mins. Overall, very satisfied and had a pleasant experience. 5 stars to CPF
