★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, just need to air my dissatisfaction with this ID again.
My kitchen flooded again because of choke in the outflow piping. I am furious because I can't seem to able to solve the problem because there is no way to reach the two access points as there are located under kitchen cabinet and cemented under the washing machine platform. Where is the common sense!
Secondly, the gradient is totally wrong and caused the water to back flow to the yard area.
Very disappointed with their work!
