Great experience at Crown M Hair Studio, staffs are friendly and professional. Was well served by hairdresser Max, who is also the owner of the hair studio. I would like to thank him for taking his time to explain to me what styles to go for, what are the factors to consider etc... I’m in love with my new hair. highly recommended!

Unless you love to waste your money and time going there, it’s pointless going there. Tried their soft rebonding, but end up my hair is dizzy and not straight at all. The attitude also not good. The guy supposed to be the boss, might give you some attitude if you are a bit late to the appointment time. Service bad it’s ok. But the soft rebonding I did was really bad.

unfortunately one star is the least or else i don’t want to give any. If you have a lot of free time you can go there enjoy waiting. I booked an appointment at 1pm with my friend. When we went in there were only three staff and plenty of customers. The guy attend to us shortly and asked us to sit. Next, my friend sat there almost a century. They know there’s a new customer coming in but just no one came to me. After waiting for half an hour the staff came to me and asked what style I wanted to do. After few minutes of consultation, they just went back and did other things?? I’m like what?? No one told me how long I should wait, no one apologized, apparently I was sitting there for a long time already! I came out without doing anything but anger. My friend and I did NOTHING. Just sitting there seeing staff pass by wasting our time. Seriously, what’s the point of booking appointment? Worst experience ever. I saw there’s a lot of nice reviews but obviously this is a wrong decision.

First time visiting , and i highly reccommend. Although i came into the shop and had an appointment at 5, i had to wait q some time for my turn. The shop was runned by two staff one male named Max who was the founder of the shop and another lady which i didnt manage to get her name unfortunately. These two, had to tackle between several customers and really kudos to them, it isnt easy for 2 people to handle so many customers. Finally after a long wait, it was my turn to do my hair, Max examined my hair and reccommended me dying and bleaching process & treatments etc , since i had really really thin and fragile hair i was really afriad to dye my hair as i scared it will damaged my hair drastically. However with both the kind lady staff and Max's service, my hair was in better shape then before and i was really satisfied with what i got. Their service is really top notch and i would really come back again for more sessions. Thank you crownm hair studio for this wonderful experience!

Walk in to the shop. No one like welcoming u. After sitting down, one of the guy ask what kind of hair do for today? I answer soft rebonding. After that they just walk away and do their things. Normally when we sit down hairstylist will ask or recommend somethings or professional ideal that they more experience.

First time visiting, used a Fave voucher. Definitely one of my most enjoyable Fave experiences thanks to the fantastic service from Max, my hairdresser who’s also the owner. He offered useful advice to maintain my hair/ scalp well, and made helpful suggestions of what treatments etc would be most suitable for me. No hardselling throughout! Lovely experience and am very happy with the outcome (I didn’t top up anything in the end, yet he still treated me respectfully/ very politely). Highly recommended!
