When near the timing, was informed by rider collecting they had no more ikan bilis and peanuts, so I asked what will they replaced with? Nothing, just more sambal chili, was told they had nothing left, which I consider that as very bad food order management. How can they accept the order if they do not have enough ingredients or others to replace. Is not as if I ordered last minute but more than 3 hours earlier. 1 major ingredient to be replaced by just sambal chili, what a joke! Rider asked if want to cancel, which I think there will be cancellation fee, decided to go ahead as need to look for other foods again which is a waste of time. Definitely not going to order from this outlet anymore.

Not only that, when I ate the meal, the chicken cutlet is cold (not even warm), with only the rice hot. Disappointed with both the food and service.

Genuinely shocked they have the cheek to sell such substandard food at such high prices. Instead of coming here, do yourself a favor, cross the road, go to a coffee shop and order the same ingredients for half the price and get yourself a nice drink. Probably tastes better as well since Crave themselves set the bar so low.
l	lim may sally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought from this outlet at least 5x. So far very good for me. The food here are fresh and yummy. Chilli is good, nasi lemak just nice not to creamy or oily, chicken wing is crispy and juicy. Few Malay staff here are very friendly and helpful. Will always love to come back here for their yummy food and friendly staff.
s	sm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey nasi lamek with only chicken wing, Ikan bilis and fried egg. Understand that premium rice basmati is used but is only worth when is well cook with coconut favor. And please put up the menu on the TV panels instead of the pathetic small paper menu next to the cashier machine so people can decide on what to order while queuing instead of checking out when comes their turn.

The nasi lemak sauce was a bit too sweet and made the overall dish too sweet. Chicken is ok but not wow. Cucumber is not eatable. Overall ok why not but I wont order there again. Not a good nasi lemak in singapore. I tried better elsewhere.
