True to the many other negative reviews, this company is THE WORST- they will not bother to contact you about delays and would leave you hanging for weeks until I had to call them up as they have been ignoring all my emails and whatsapp messages. I had my graduation photos taken with them in July 2018 (they were the vendor my uni chose) and I only JUST received my photos in Jan 2019 after constantly pressing them for it. After almost 6 whole months and me threatening to take actions against them that I am able to get back my photos. Their customer service, communication and efficiency is basically non-existent. I should have looked them up first before engaging in their services. DO NOT recommend and you're better off finding another reputable company.

My school engaged them for our graduation and they scheduled us into half hour gown collection slots and I arrived for mine 15 mins earlier and was made to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Poor organization and understaffed, also inadequate seats in the waiting area for a cohort of my university's size. Many were made to stand or wait outside. After my ceremony, I went to return my gown and collect my picture, the regular 4R set, which I had purchased. I was there for over 45 minutes waiting for a photo and my deposit. When my name got called after 45 minutes, the staff presented me a bigger 16R picture which they had framed and asked if I would like to purchase it at an added premium. I had declined to buy this set earlier when I collected my gown. I said no, and asked if my regular photo and deposit would be ready to collect and they replied no. I waited another 25 minutes before my name was called again to get my deposit and photo. When there to collect my photo, they had not found mine yet. A staff went through the whole stack to sift out mine. Close to 3 hours spent waiting. My school must hate me after 3 years of school fees.

As a first time customer, I would like to express my disappointment for their unsatisfactory service. The staff promised us to wait at least one month for the collection. One, two and three months passed they said the photos were not yet ready. I had to constantly chase them as they failed to adhere to the promised time frame. Prior to getting the photos, I always had to initiate the follow ups through email, calls and texts regarding the update of the collection which is utterly tedious. Hopefully the management could take into account on improving customers' satisfactory and time management in producing the photos.The price they charged was relatively high, yet the service we received was too substandard.

The location is the most inaccessible and unclear. To have the rental service at a high price and still have to pay additional amount to pay using netts or card payment is unacceptable. Further more, i wanted to pay for 2 person with a singular transaction and they say that I have to pay separately. So much hidden cost and outdated service.

Engage them at your own risk! I had my graduation photo shoot done with them 1.5 months ago, till date I have yet to receive my photo from them despite several attempts follow up. They would gave reasons like they had a major event going on, hence the delays. And promised to expedite the process but the drag continues. Then they would stop responding to all emails and texts. Do not be deceived by all those artist photos which they hang in their studio, as it is a false representative of the reliability and quality of their service and work. My friend paid to have her resume photo edited by them previously as well, when the edited soft copy came back, there were still many visible blemishes and uneven skin tone which non-expert in photo editing people like us could easily spot. It is so unbelievable that they could send out that kind of quality of photo to customers, as if they had not been edited at all. They would usually request you to make full payment after the shoot. But thereafter, you would never get to know when you would be receiving your photos, despite the promised time frame of 2 weeks. How does one justify the need for more than a month to simply edit ONE photo?

Very disappointing and shoddy work was done on my daughter’s graduation photographs. We had to wait for more than 6 months to even get the photos, and hanging it next to my other kids graduation photos, the contrast in quality stands out so sharply. Dark and awful photos. Very disappointed with this company.

We have been waiting for my son’s graduation pictures for months. Called them couple of times and their response was just “give us sometime, we will call you back soon” guess what? they keep u on waiting and never call back until we make a move to call. Kept changing the collection date with tons of excuses. So disappointed with their poor service, bad experience.

Super happy with the shoot and the outcome of the photos. I am from overseas and therefore could only get the photos in softcopy. Although there was a miscommunication in between in the process, I am glad that it was resolved within a short period of time. Shoots taken are very nice and I love them!
