★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into this shop looking to change my specs urgently for daily use. The boss himself attended to me patiently, helping me find the right prescription comfortable for my daily usage. He was kind, giving me the space and suggested options while I was picking out a design that I preferred. I did not feel pressurised and in fact felt like he was thoughtful in attending to my needs. He assisted to expedite my specs so I could pick it up as soon as I could as I needed it badly. I even noticed he added an additional cloth!
Honestly grateful that I found this shop with a kind boss helping me out when I needed it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought new glasses from this shop which was reasonably priced. Staff was attentive and patient throughout my selection process and visual acuity test. He also educated me about the different lens options and recommended me one that suited my daily usage. Despite the lens I selected requiring extra lead time to order, I received it within 2 days. Additionally, he added an additional eyeglass cloth so as to keep the original Elle one in its packaging. This attention to detail is what sets this shop apart. Highly recommended!
