★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my father to Infinity Eyewear at Telok Blangah this morning, and I was very pleased with the exceptional service by salesperson Soon Long.
It is not easy to serve an old person, especially when my father is already 92 years old. My father insisted to stop the eye test halfway, misunderstood Soon Long's recommendation, and was upset with him.
Throughout the discussion, Soon Long did not express any frustration -- he was very patient in repeating himself and in explaining to my father the difference in price.
In the end my father only spent $50 for the replacement of his longsighted lenses, but Soon Long spent close to 45 minutes with my father.
