★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have our new piano delivered today. An upgrade to Bechstein is exciting and I would like to send a special thank-you to Edwin at Cristofori HQ for his assistance. His cheerful and professional advices really help us make our final decision - we have done our review and visited various showrooms of Continental made piano before choosing a Bechstein - and Edwin's assistance certainly plays a key role. My daughters are particularly (although quietly) thankful for Edwin's easy going/no pressure advising conversations.
We bought our first piano from Cristofori and this upgrade is from them too. Very happy returning customer. Highly recommended!

Edwin was patience, thorough and smiling throughout the entire time. They were very accommodating to fit our collection and delivery dates, as our house is undergoing a 2 month renovation. Both my daughter and I are very satisfied, can't wait to play on our new piano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased to have Paul Ng help us find a suitable upright piano at their warehouse sale. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, explaining the pros and cons of each and every model we looked at.
As we know very little about pianos, we decided to go home and sleep on it until the following day. Despite this, Paul was neither discouraged nor pushy, giving us ample space and time to come to a decision.
The warehouse showroom itself was adequate and had a wide variety of pianos and other musical instruments. It was harder to try out the instruments when there was a lot of people but other than that the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
