★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm usually very happy with Cold Storage's service. The goods selection is varied and the staff are usually helpful and friendly. But today was disappointing. I wanted to get a roasted whole chicken today and asked (very politely) if they had resumed the chopping service (it was halted for hygiene reasons). Instead of responding to that question, the staff very rudely replied that the chicken will be dry and soggy. I said it's alright as I was going to eat it straightaway. Again the staff answered rudely that the chicken will become dry and soggy right after cutting it...? Won't visit this outlet again anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was assisted by someone in the cold cuts and bread section. That person happened to be extremely unfriendly and rude, telling people off. For instance, a lady from the bread section walked over to tell him that she wanted a particular pastry and his exact words were "go and wait". Im not exactly expecting 5 star service, but the least you could do was to be polite. Perhaps the CS fresh was understaffed and he was working overtime, in that case please increase the number of employees available. I do not believe that someone working in both the cold cuts section and the pastry section is hygienic in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The “organic fresh milk” that we got from there with 3rd December Expiry has curdled already. The chicken that was available was cut 2 days ago. I could go on. Not the best place to buy stuff. Better go further to other supermarkets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 18 June around 11:30pm. There was absolutely no staff tending to payment counter. We waited a long time and finally one staff came out. We mentioned he should not leave the counter unattended and got really defensive. Totally unacceptable.

Perhaps they can improve on the chilled meat offerings like what they have at their branch in Holland Village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and open 24/7 but had several bad experiences with fresh meat/fish that wasn’t fresh anymore and had to be thrown away, or even gave me food poisoning. Please review how you handle the cold chain and “fast selling items”.
