β β β β β Owner is very patient and friendly and the shop offers wide variety of selection of historical stamps from local and international ones. Worth the price and definitely a good place to start if you are looking forward to start your stamp collection!

β β β β β Don't find the dealer very friendly. After seeing some of his high value stock book collection and there was nothing that interested me, I thanked him for showing me, expecting some response. He simply closed the album, tucked it away and was black-faced throughout. Maybe that is just him, but I find him lacking in EQ and needs to brush up on his basic etiquette.

β β β β β I love going this store! Owner is really friendly and helpful. I have bought many stamps, album and catalog from the shop. You don't often see a philatelic shop in Singapore, most importantly the price is reasonable and a cool place to start your stamp collection! Philately is not dead, nor is it dying!

β β β β β Owner is very patient and knowledgeable. He answered a lot of my questions on the different era of stamps and gave some advice on the albums. The shop offers wide variety of selection of stamps too. Overall it's an enjoyable experience talking with the owner about stamps collection. A place that I would highly recommend for stamp collectors or philatelist!

Some previous reviews were about how the uncle was rude and I was mentally prepared to get βscoldedβ for my first visit especially i am new in this philatelic stuff. On the contrary, the uncle was very welcoming and patient. He shared his knowledge as well as advices for a beginner like me. Another thing that I appreciated a lot, is that he donβt pressure you - basically you can request for browsing through the stamp albums (or his stuff around) without feeling any obligation to buy any.

β β β β β i went to the shop on a weekend and Mr Tan was serving a customer. i noticed that he was very friendly to the customer. i was quite scared to enter the shop upon seeing the reviews saying that he was unfriendly.
initially, he was quite quiet and didnβt talk much. but as time passed by, he started to be more open and shared about how he started collecting stamps, and from there, we started chatting.
his prices are very reasonable. not marked up by twice the face value (at least for most/all SG stamps). i think his range of stamps are quite large, especially for Asia stamps. will definitely come back for more, probably twice a month to support his shop. apparently, he has 2 shops. 1 for leftover stocks and another, which is the main shop.
