Z	Zhen Zhen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This printing shop is really the best! I went to many shops for my double-sided printing with 100% alignment, and only this shop can do it. The staff are so patient and helpful, and they keep me updated on the process and final work. There were some issues in-between, but they did not give up and resolved the problems for me. You can feel they are completely sincere in everything they do. I am really, really grateful and appreciate it very much! Thank you! ???

Needed some chops made fast and chose their 3 hour option for only $5 extra and picked them up same day with little issue other than locating the store (home office in an HDB). Their website is a bit bloated with info so I just barreled through the process as sitting there to consider all the info presented would have more than tripled the time to just order what I needed. I missed the info after booking a pickup timeslot on the actual location as the email looked like a basic confirmation email. When I inquired by text, I was low key scolded for not reading the email (guilty as charged, although I'm sure the frustrations here come from answering the same question every time to every customer, but hey... that's business). Even this minor complaint doesn't detract from the fact that I got what I paid for. Quickly made chops on demand. I would/will use these guys again, no question, but with a cleaned up website/process these guys would be 6 stars easy. Best of luck to them and their business.
