Expected delivery was 20 Dec 2020, which had been stalled to end of Jan 2021, further stalled till 2nd week of Feb 2021, for which we were not informed until we reached out. Still no delivery in mid Feb, so contacted again 23 Feb. Informed us that we would be contacted 24 Feb for delivery, with no reason for the delay. Today is 25 Feb but nobody contacted us, and CTC and their representative are uncontactable.
