Excellent service and experience! I have been getting my BMW serviced at 315 Alexandria Rd for nearly 5 years now. Mr Koh from the service department first saved me from being ripped off to the tune of $5000 from an outside mechanic chain who couldn’t even tell me what the problems were! He was able to resolve all issues with my car within 2 business days for only $2750. Since then I have never gone anywhere else. I am now looked after by CJ and he possesses a tremendous technical knowledge and ability to coordinate services efficiently. Even the people running the cafe & the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Thanks all please keep it up ?

If you're interested in a BMW M vehicle, I would strongly recommend visiting this location and speaking with Richmond. He's professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a M service centre at the back, which is less busy, meaning shorter waiting times. Also, if you're a married guy it's safe to bring your wife here and speak to Richmond - he knows what to say (focusing on the safety features and build quality) and what not to say to your wife (like how fast the car will go and how much power it has).

Brought my car in for servicing, no problem. Later the car developed some error messages. Informed PML immediately as warranty was ending, but would only have been able to bring the car in 2 days after the 5Y warranty ended. Asked for exception to cover any potential problems as I informed them prior to warranty ending, the difference was only 2 days, and had just done servicing with no issues brought up. Service coordinator and manager refused to consider. You feel good with free tissue paper and free coffee but when the rubber hits the road, they are inflexible and true colors come out. Have reset my expectations of their "customer service". *In response to your response: already provided the feedback with details on your website directly, not going to bother with it again. Got the problem solved elsewhere and it would not have triggered the warranty anyway, but you would not even extend me that courtesy*

You can be yourself in this showroom unlike the merc showroom so pretentious. Place also looks very nice and have wide variety of cars to look at. Again, comparing with merc - merc only have 5 cars on display ?

Sent my car in for accident repair in Sep 21. The quality of work from PML is horrendous. The car came back in 2 shades of Mineral White. Called the Service Advisor and was referred to the Manager. The manager told me the color will balance off in 6 months! What a response from PML! Complained to the various channels and finally a Director finally agreed to take the car back for touch up. The final outcome is still not 100% (only about 80% match) as mentioned in their website where all BMW cars repaired are restored to its original condition. What a joke! Worst is their customer service. PML suppose to submit my claims to the 3rd party insurance to refund my excess paid. Took PML 3 months to email the agreement. After I signed and email them the Discharge Agreement, no sound no news no picture after 2 weeks. WhatsApp the Manager and was told he'll check. Close to 2 weeks still cannot confirm if they receive my signed DV. Wonder if their email inbox is manned or too many email that they cannot confirm the receipt of the signed DV. I had sent my car to other authorised dealers for repair before and non provide such non existence customer service experience compared to PML. I received much more positive experience when I sent my car to any workshops. PML is only interested to earn monies through selling cars and providing expensive servicing but doesn't provide any positive Customer Service. If you want quality of works and positive customer service experience, DO NOT go to PML.

Had a great experience at BMW showroom. Jimmy was very attentive, helpful and patient. He answered all our queries in detail and was not pushy, but yet always on the ball. Thank you for the good experience :)
