Reading these threads made me realized that my recent experience denotes a pattern of behaviors. This company, Cube Movers, is a mover to avoid at all costs, because they don’t move things at all. Here is my bad experience: We recently had to move. Called the company, was asked to send photos so they can make an estimate. They quoted us an all-in price and said it would require three trucks to deliver. We felt that was not right and insisted they sent a representative to come over to see and make a proper estimate. He came and amended his estimate for four truck loads and a revised all-in price, which we accepted and paid a deposit. We asked for an invoice but never got one. On the day of moving, one truck of four movers arrived (instead of two trucks of 8 movers to make two trips as agreed), after 10am. Instead of focusing on packing, the leader of the group started to ask for more payments because he said four truck loads was not enough. We told him the price has been agreed on and he should talk to his company. But every five minutes he demanded full payment immediately for five truck loads, and refused to start work until they are paid. We told him we would only deal with the company we engaged. They then left without a word, littering the place with cigarette butts from the incessant smoking. We were in a panic. It was almost noon so how were we going to find another mover that day? We tried many but failed. So, we called back Cube Movers and insisted that resolve the problem. They finally was able to find another company to take over but they could only come in the afternoon and charge at a much more expensive price. We were in no position to bargain - our things were packed and we needed to deliver a vacant property. We did not finish the move until late that evening. Some of the things had to be unpacked only the next day. Some observations: 1. This industry has to be better regulated. Companies like Cube Movers, obviously are taking advantage of the vulnerability of the customers, and their modus operandi is to quote low offers and then hold customers to ransom on the day of the move. 2. The movers are mainly part-timers, with no experience at all. Some worked on two hour stretches and are replaced by another groups. 3. So, a word of advice, check out the the companies’ history before engaging anyone. Differentiate between advertisement and real feedback.

I've moved my house at least 4 times now, and I've tried many movers across Singapore. Here is my honest review on this mover. This is for Invoice INV12851. 1. Pre-Move I sent in some photos of the furniture that needed to be moved. The vendor offered ten recycled cardboard boxes for the move and sent them to my place a month before the actual move. I thought this was a nice gesture, though it would be better if they can come down for a site visit to inspect the items that needed moving first. 2. Day of Move The vendor came down to my place at Tanglin Halt and almost immediately declared that I needed two trucks to get the job done, and thus will incur additional cost. As they started packing, some of the glass tables we had triggered him to once again request for more money. We decided to move the glass tables ourselves since the vendor kept insisting on more top-ups. Next, the vendor then asked for more money again citing that the route to the carpark is significantly longer even though there is a ramp for handicapped there. He continued to complain that it was a difficult job for the movers. Finally, when they moved the stuff over to our new place, they asked for yet another top-up as the condo in Bishan did not have a loading bay. It was a very stressful affair for us since almost at every juncture there were requests for more money. I didn't want to argue since the job is being done already. Personally, I feel that there must have been a better way for us to get an accurate quotation - definitely not on the move-day. We ended up paying more than twice the initial quoted amount to get our belongings moved. I won't recommend Cube Movers due to the above reasons.

We used the service of Cube Movers Pte Ltd on 18 June 2022 to relocate and it was such a smooth and worry free experience. I would have liked to rate them 10 stars if google allowed. All our household items were packed and moved with so much care as if it was their own family’s and the staff patiently stayed with us and completed the entire process without any complaints. I will definitely intro their service to my close friends and colleagues. Salute!!!

It was very first time for me using movers but I really had best experience with cube movers for shifting my households. They are best moving service provider in my locality. They delivered all goods safely without any damage and also shiftedmyhouseholds at the time they committed. Truly Recommended and excellent service. The price was reasonable. Very Satisfied service.
