Cultural Hub - 936 Tampines Street 91

Bordering blocks 936, 937 and 938 and the junction between Tampines Avenues 1, 2 and 5 lies this structure. What I've always found interested was that it never seemed to have people on it. Intrigued, I decided to go on the structure to see for myself. First, you have the little amphitheatre on the ground, which gives the place the name of Cultural Hub. It's not too big, seating capacity is probably slightly over 30, but it's a comfortable one considering it's cozy location bordering 3 HDB blocks. The main highlight is the white structure, of what appears to be a bridge severed in half. It's a gradually ascending slope with patches of grass growing in the middle. At the end, or the highest point, there's 2 tables each with 4 round stools, and a dustbin. There's also the distinct characteristic wave-like architecture at the end of the structure, which I can only describe as aesthetically pleasing. It's a nice place to visit, especially with another person to stand and take a breather at the top of the structure.
