Practically a war zone. Booked appointment, but people who walked in can cut your queue immediately. Nobody bothered. Understand that it is tough for the helpers, but it is still a people facing profession. Constant shouting at people who were asking questions. Black face and attitude was overflowing. After entering the clinic, the vaccination was done another 3 strangers in a small room at one go. After doctor asked some formality questions, we were jabbed one after another. I'm not sure about the compliance of this process, but if someone was uncomfortable to sound out her condition or concern due to other strangers in the room, i do not think it will help. The whole process is unpleasant.

Dr Foo and staff are amazing but a new doctor I had an encounter with , Dr wong.. he was not as professional and met my standards as doctor. His advise was not sincere, caring and helpful so I was not as happy for the money I paid.he sounded more like a relief doctor, no choice had to cover. Other than that you guys are great! Just maybe the clinic can be upgraded as it still feels to me like in 1960s after visiting this clinic for at least 7 years. Another doctor on duty can help manage the long queues as the waiting time can be really long. I waited for 1 hour 30 minutes today. But I’ll def still be back for Mr Patrick Foo!

Had a bad vaccination experience at this clinic. The registration girl was rude and impatient to explain when we were confused with some processes. If only I read the reviews here before I booked the appointment for my sister, we wouldn’t have to go through these unpleasant experiences.

Useless, incompetent and worst of all, rude staff. Waited for an hour just for them to tell us that they don’t have the vaccine we need. Had to be prompted and asked about the vaccine instead of them asking. No inititative, no EQ, honestly I don’t know how people like these are being hired to work at CLINICS. Utter waste of time and energy. Hope it closes down.

Really rude services provide by front door nurses there. This was not the 1st time being treated like this. No improvement at all. My son having a fever 39.1 and tested ART with 2 line under T is very fine line) during the visiting. Reach the clinic ard 10am & approach an old lady to check if very fine line consider “+ve”, she said not consider positive. Then I got worried, I check again with the fat lady nurse whose doing the registration outside the clinic, she said yes. No further info given to me. I waited ard 10mins, I told her that my son having fever now & feeling dizzy, can he sit inside or sit alone the walk way instead of sitting outside where was hot. Unexpected answer from her, “is ok, he sit outside” then she walked away. FOR ME, IT’S NOT OK that why I request. I have doubts, do she really listen to my qns ? Then I asked her again, how long need to be wait? She said her colleague was doing my registration, I asked again, is it registration done, my son can see doc? She with frustrated tone said “NO, you will need to wait, in front of you got a lot pple, ard 1 1/2 hrs waiting”. My heart said, OMG!! Why didn’t tell in advance ? Do she know what is urgency cases? I had told her my son is in fever & feeling dizzy but she do nothing! The front service nurses like scare to answer questions. Old lady nurse, saw me wanted to approach her, she fast fast walk inside. Pls try to feel our helpless feeling. ???

Very inefficient! Came at 19:00 to verify my oversea vaccination record, ended up spending 1.5 hours waiting while another patient after me already finished consultation. Truly don’t understand why it takes so long to handle my case which don’t require consultation. Clinic staff asked if BioNTech is Pfizer and put me as a ‘healthy patient’ with all another patient with covid symptoms in a crowded indoor waiting area. No sense of infection control! Disappointing first time visit! 1.5 hours waiting costs $40.

Came to this clinic on 10/05/22 for my 3rd Sinovac jab. The previous clinic that did my 1st and 2nd jab do not carry Sinovac anymore. 1st time visit to this clinic. Reached here 6.45 pm and was the 2nd in queue. The 2 clinic staff attending to us to do the registration was polite and friendly. The registration process was smooth. When I went in to the doctor's room, Dr Chai was on duty. A very friendly doctor. The injection was done pleasantly without pain. Will come back to this clinic for my booster dose within the next 9 months.
