When others quote me exorbitant prices just because my flat is not a bto and a resale, the boss just quote me the package price and delivers. Brand new tracks installed and wide range of fabrics to choose from that I dun even have to top up any amount for a good quality black out material. Highly recommended!

Not beginner-friendly. Everything seemed alright from the start, I got my room windows measured by Tony for a set of curtains. There was no price difference between black-out/ dim-out curtains. Great, I thought, I told Tony that I was sensitive to light as it affects my sleep so black-out was preferred. He even showed me a little demo using a torch with the different materials. Tony mentioned that the tracks would be installed further away from the wall for ease of opening. I thought it sounded good as well, because my curtains were difficult to open previously (although I hardy opened them). The worker who came by to install was friendly and quick. Everything looked great initially, although I did notice my room still had light coming in. After some time, I did notice that the light passes through significantly through the top and bottom which affects my sleep at times. (For reference, facial recognition on my phone works with lights off even at 7AM). I contacted Tony regarding this and he suggested that for the top, I could install a pelmet at an additional $200+ and for the light coming through the bottom, we could open up the bottom hem for a slightly longer length. I wish Tony highlighted these to me during the measurement session - as I already mentioned I would rather light not pass through at all. Instead, the focus was on how light couldnt pass through the material... What we could have done differently - kept the tracks close (ease of opening didnt matter that much to me vs light coming in), and proposed longer curtains, I would have been glad to pay more as necessary. These were not apparent to me as a beginner buyer. Kinda feels like I wasted some good money, and I'll have to purchase another set to solve my problems... I was actually going to suggest this place to my mum for her full home renovation, but I'm pretty put off by my own experience. ?

First time home owner getting curtains. Agnes was wonderful all the way through. They have beautiful fabrics to choose from and options to go with your budget. Installation was done promptly. Great experience, fair prices, quality product and fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Tony & team. They were able to advise on the difference between fabrics & options for rails. Good selection of fabrics, quick to respond on WhatsApp & always turned up on time.

I ordered a large pair of curtains made to measure, for the purpose of blocking out light better than my previous ones. The thick polyester fabric does a great job of this. The whole experience from my initial outreach to the installation of the curtains with Ming's living was flawless, and price-wise, they were less than HALF the price of any other curtain maker I had approached here. Look no further and go with this supplier

1st time home owner. Agnes was excellent all the way. They have a wide selection of fabrics that suited my budget. Agnes was saintly patient and understanding. She gave sound advice to the length of fabrics, types of fabrics and the care of the choice of fabrics. I couldn’t make up my mind over the many beautiful fabrics. Agnes was patient and guided me to eventually choose the color my fengshui master advised. This required her to recompute the calculations many times and it was on Saturday evening, way past her working hours. Never once did she loose her patience. She also suited my availability to install. The installer also did a good job, making sure the length was what I wanted (the curtain clip can adjust the length). It was the best decision to go with Ming’s Living.

Yes, I agree with Jamie. Agnes is wonderful to deal with, she has amazing patience to deal with customers. I had ordered curtains for my whole house and somehow the stock for the curtains we chose for our living room/dining space had run out. Tony was very accommodating and honest about the whole thing and saw to it that the cloth for the curtains were ordered in time to ensure timely delivery. Highly recommended.

First time sourcing for curtain rods. Go to them if you want something straightforward and clear cut but you must have an idea of what you want after research. Agnes was professional and listened to our needs. The other place quoted very expensive and was only interested in making more $$ out of us. The installation guys were helpful and punctual. Everything was on a trust basis which I appreciate. Very happy with the curtain rods, thank you:)
