★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Lady was most unhelpful over the phone - refused to give any range of quotes and when asked whether they could come onsite, she said "I don't want to waste my time". When I pointed out her poor attitude, her tone changed fast from unhelpful to abusive. I ended the conversation soon after that and ended up getting constant unsolicited abusive messages on my phone from her (more than 10 messages in the next 10 mins) saying things like "you are the one horrible person [sic]" and "You don't know what you want" and "You do not talk sense" - one after the other, the messages kept coming! All because I pointed out that she was being rude. Not just terrible customer service, this is way worse - I almost reported her to the police.

Great communication; timely delivery and a very reasonable price. My parents are very grateful. I highly recommend the Ms. Jenese & Cushion Specialist Singapore!
