I am, Cousin of Cythia Ang. Which she had wrote review of HWB Hidden Wall Bed 2 years ago & recently was deleted. My cousin Cythia & I went down showroom together. I had bought a Queen w Study table. I am very Happy with the Service & workmanship. HWB Beds are different from others wallbed. HWB beds have the safety for kids & elderly. HWB beds can hold at any position when opening when hands free from beds. Airing point prevent smell rather than close all times. Below here written Review by my Cousin Cythia Ang wrote 2 years ago & recently, were been deleted. Till Today my HWB - Hidden Wall Bed Queen is in Very Good Condition & working Well. Lately my Cousin install a Queen with Study table along the Window at his new condo. He is very Happy with it & the workmenship. Understand lately HWB - Hidden Wall Bed have new concept Hidden Dinning Table considering to install at my new Studio Apartment. Save up a lot of space. My old write up 2 years back below. One of the Best Hidden Wall Bed, When you open the bed, It will hold at any position, when your hands are away from bed. It will not Slam down to the floor. that is a Very Good SAFETY feature for any old & young kids to use. They also come with AIRING POINT at about 80 degrees for you to air the mattress & pillow. And the bed will hold there without slaming down. The next Best thing they had is the Bed LEGS will Automatic come down together with the Bed. Not during my oversea days, using those hidden wall bed it will not hold at any position & your hand must be there to support the bed or the bed will start coming down & you had to use your hand to bring down the bed LEG. Doing my research for my new condo on HWB & others brands of wall bed. Sharing with all, hope these might help your choice of wall bed. HWB Hidden Wall Bed Singapore very own branding since 2009. Comes with numbers of good points. 1 to 8. for you to compare. 1)All ages from 5year old onwards can lift up bed with one finger. 2)Opening bed down hold at any position, when your hand free from bed. Very safety for kids & elderly. 3)Important Airing point. To air bed daily after using. Prevent sweat smell or odour smell. 4)Head board for resting, reading or watching TV. 5)HWB can use any brand of mattress from 4" to 11" thickness. 11" mattress maximum weight to about 75kg. 6)Mechanism Pistons failure. There is sign & signal for you to watch out. 7)mechanism frame& Leg lifetime warranty. 8)pistons 5 years warranty on manufacturing defects. OTHERS BRANDS of HIDDEN BED to look out & compared. 1)lifting with both hands & close at one shot. Will not hold at any positions. When hands let go drop straight to floor. 2)Opening bed will not hold at any position. Once hands free will go straight down to floor. Not safety for kids & elderly. 3)NO airing point for sweat smell or odour smell. 4)NO Headboard. Hole Gap inside head compartment. Not safe for young kids falling inside. Pillow drop into hole gap during sleeping. 5)Only their in house light mattress about 20kg. Using other brand mattress & heavier mattress. When opening the bed, dropping at speed very dangerous for kids & elderly. 6)mechanism failures NO sign & signal drop straight down to floor. Not safe. 7)some 1year,some 3years Warranty. Last Friday, when down HWB Hidden Wall Bed showroom by Train. Is Very convenience, exactly right in front of Beauty World Station. ( MRT DT5 - A-Exit.) The Technical Sales Rep. Explain very clearly how the HWB-Hidden Wall Bed Functions & how safe the HWB bed while opening. HWB bed will tell you when the Air Piston fail. As for the HWB Steel Mechanism Frame & Leg are LIFE TIME WARRANTY. As for Air Piston Factory Warranty 5 years on manufacture defects. The Best of the HWB Bed were, when opening it will hold at any level it will NOT slam or come down to the floor when your hands without holding the bed or call Hands Free. Even my son 6 years old can pull down with a rope & lift up the bed with one finger and also my grandfather 80+ can pull down easily & lift up with one finger. VERY SAFE HWB BED. Not like others wall beds I try will just come to the floor when hands let go, So is not so safe for kids or elderly. Lucky I brought my floor plan, the sales rep sketch out the whole room concept layout & quote on the spot. As other customer did not bring floor plan had to come another day for sketch layout. If you make trip down remember to bring your floor plan & call for appointment.

I appreciate HWB hidden wall bed for a good after-support sale service. As part of their routine service support, they called me to ask if the bed is in good working condition and meeting my needs. FYI - I bought HWB bed 2 years ago and is still functioning very well ! The bed is for my daughter and she is very happy with the HWB bed. In fact, she had introduced it to a few of her classmates and I understand her classmates also bought from HWB and are happy with the products. With the recent completion of new MRT line, HWB hidden wall bed showroom at Beauty World Plaza(just outside beauty world MRT station) is now so easily accessible. You can go and check it up for yourself on this product for its good functions and I must stress its safety feature that even a small kid can lift and close the bed when he gets up. It has airing points to air the bed to prevent any odour after a good night sleep. I understand most wall bed do not have any airing point feature.

After reading good reviews from others. I went down personally with my family to check it out. Is really true. Is very safe for elderly & which my 6years old boy try it. It's true that can hold any position when your hands are not holding the bed & we can lift up the bed with one finger. Another good point I like is the airing positions to prevent sweat smell. Compare others wall bed I try it last week it's cannot hold & no airing positions.

I installed the hidden wall bed since 2014 n still I. Good and perfect condition. Ronnie is very helpful, giving suggestions. Sure will go back and install if need.

First impressions are not that great. It's a small shop in Beauty World. The shop isn't a fancy showroom and it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that come in other furniture stores (like Spaceman). Rony has quite a personality and may come on a bit strong as well. But don't let first impressions scare you away. The quality, workmanship, details and communication are on point. Rony probably has hundreds of clients, but remembers every detail about every clients' request and ensures things are done in a timely and professional manner. He communicates really well and helps find solutions for you. On delivery date, his staff was punctual and even helped patch up some mistakes done by our interior designer's contractors. Please note that assembly can take up to 4 hours - so be prepared. The quality and workmanship is unmatched for the price point. It's much better than some of the other wall bed stores in Singapore which charge you an arm and a leg just because they're European. I strongly recommend getting your hidden wall bed from Rony. He's fantastic and all the staff that work with him are great too!
