On the 27th November Power trip at 230am. Gave a call and he reach within 30mins. After checking MCB was fried recommended to change the rest of the breakers too as it was more then 20 years old . Over all very happy with the work rendered . Highly Recommended A++

Try to communicate and message them 3 days ago but got no response. Disappointed .. I not sure why there is so much good review when they don't really response to WhatsApp's message or call .

It was such a great service rendered by Jacky. Called him today (public holiday - good friday), thank goodness he picked up. Talked to him, briefly explained the situation (power tripped, ELCB had issue), he explained to us over the phone and quoted us the price (prices were reasonable, considering it was an emergency call on a public holiday). Jacky reassured us it was a small issue and he would be able to come down in an hour to check and replace the RCCB for us. He also took time to explain the differences between China brand (current brand that hdb provides) and European brand and why it would be better to choose the latter. Jacky reached in about an hour+ and was practically drenched in sweat. He actually came over after attending to a call from a food establishment to fix their power. Thank u for attending to us even tho we are just a humble hdb unit. Our power tripped because of a power point socket my hubs was working on prior and Jacky helped us to fix back the socket out of goodwill and now, both our power point socket and ELCB are fixed. No hardselling, true to profession, provides splendid service and very friendly + genuine. 10/10 would recommend. Although they provide 24hrs service, but do note that it's on a first comes first serves basis and they may not be able to take up all the jobs if all their electricians are already working on someone's call.

1/4/2022 house had a partial power failure at 1120PM, certain parts of the house didnt have power. called and he came down within 30mins, fixed and resolved by 1:30AM. replaced a few faulty power sockets as well. will recommend.

Exellent service, arrived in 20mins. House power tripped in the middle of the night. The whole house was in darkness. Called one electrician who never turn up after 2 hours. Called CWC at 01:30 and Jacky came in 20mins to fix everything. Highly recommended for anyone who needs urgent electricial service.

On eve of hari raya haji night, electricity suddenly all gone while cooking. Usual power trip reset with the circuit breaker box isn't working. Called 2 electrician company before hand but all no ppl. Luckily, able to engage with CWC. The electrician able to find the faults fast and replace the wiring.
