Worse experience ever. Engaged them for aircon fixing. Not able to troubleshoot the problem at the same time spoiled the capacitor in compressor. Definitely not recommended for aircon repair.

Not a great experience. I engaged them twice for air con servicing. On the first occasion, they completed the servicing but forgot to install one of the screws on my unit back. I had to text the owner to highlight this and they came back to ratify. I thought it was a slip shot job but decided to give the company another chance. On the second occasion, my air con unit was leaking the night before. I called this company in again to identify the problem. The men came to inspect the unit, told me the air con was no longer leaking (I mean..I could tell that from my own observation too) and did very basic vacuuming. They couldn’t identify any problems with my unit and left hastily thereafter. Subsequently, while the leaking issue stopped, my aircon started making loud wind draft noises through the night. Trusting this company’s advice that there’s nothing wrong with my unit, i thought the issue would resolve itself over time but it did not after many weeks. In the end, I have to now engage another service provider to fix the issue. So generally, would say the company can do basic servicing but don’t expect anything beyond that. I’ve engaged other aircon service providers at the same price and definitely enjoyed better service.

The maintenance was really impressive as they cleaned it well. I was extremely satisfied with the results.

Cleaning was done quickly and effectively, explained what they were doing comprehensively so I knew what they were doing and trusted them. Would recommend!

Please be extra careful. Engaged them for chemical wash of 3 fan coil units which was schedule at 12nn but came at 1pm. 3 men came for supposedly a chemical wash of 3 fan coil unit. What they did was dismantle the fan blower, water tray and wash the air filter. These are what I am doing all along for the past 2 years. Engaged them for chemical wash which I supposed that they are spraying the chemical to the evaporator / coing coil to clean but nothing of that sort and they charged me for $80/fan coil and works qithin 30mins. Wow what a good business this aircon men is doing. Total cost was supposed to be $240 but given a discount cos was under recommendation and a further $40 discount for my feedback. All in a basic cleaning (cleaning blower, air filter and the fan coil cover for $60/fan coil. That utterly day light robbery. And not to forget, their housekeeping was horrible. Water dripping in all bedroom under fan coil, living room up to iur kitchen toilet where they use for washing. They even left a dripping water to my sons bedeoom 65 inches TV. Sent all this feedback to the boss and he failed to remedy but just giving me fuether discount of $40. In total $180 for basic cleaning of 3 FCUs. They only bring a handkerchief or a hand towel for cleaning. What a professional aircon service provider.

We are impressive and pleased with Airconboy services. The technicians did the cleaning very well, and they also shared with us how to prolong the FCU lifespan. Good job!
