β β β β β Very good service, quite straight forward if you give them a call. Since I am a busy person I value punctuality. These people are punctual and so far I have no complaints with their service. I have been with them now for close to 3 years! Definitely recommended.

β β β β β The service is as described. However, an associate tried to renew our contract with a 40% increase in the contract fee earlier this year without an explanation. When we challenged this, DIS kindly revised the contract at the fee we paid for the first year, but still did not provide any reasoning or apology. This experience felt dishonest and eroded our trust in this otherwise fine local company.

β β β β β I bought a βnewβ Daikin CU from these people - with Daikinβs recommendation (thank you, Daikin ?) - to replace the one that came with my home a decade ago.
To this day, Iβm not sure if a) they sold me a used/refurbished one or if b) they didnβt know really know how to install a CU correctly, because post-installation resulted in immediate flooding - at my balcony where my CU is located - and clanking of aircon pipes so loud inside my walls that I could not sleep.
It took 3 months (!!) of no sleep before anything was done. Daikin engineers were finally brought in to βflush out the pipesβ connected to the CU which stopped the noise and reduced the leaking, not significantly, but at least I didnβt have to deal with having to pile up towels around the CU to prevent the flooding.
Unfortunately, the problem has started again. Exactly one year later. I lived with my old CU for a decade with ZERO issues! The stress that this experience has given me, and continues to give me, is beyond what anyone should have to cope with. I would be extremely (!!) cautious about working with these guys - especially if you want a nightmare-free experience.

And a con job. Never engage DIS, they are out to cheat their customer and do a shoddy job. Most horrible aircon vendor and I donβt understand why Daikin uses them as their dealer. Daikin should drop DIS. Rick Lee, May, Naylin are totally unprofessional and do not know what they are doing or talking. Gave wrong advice to customers and charged rates that are out of market. Everyone charges $300+ for wiring and they charges $1850. Furthermore they claimed donβt need to change wiring but when another contractor told me need to change, they checked with Daikin and daikin told them to change. Hello, 30Y of experience and donβt even bother and know this? Giving rubbish advice to customers. Use them if you want your house to be caught in fire!

β β β β β Bad service from D.I.S. problem not solved keep having problem and was been told by their admin that we are a problematic customer. Air con install by them and obvious the aircon gas is leaking 3 months has to pump one time gas. Lousy service call them up keep avoid the calls. Avoid this company not worth hiring them.

I was assigned to Rosaline (sales), the mother of all screw ups
1. she was unresponsive
2. doesn't provide suggestion - if you request for a 12k BTU for your living area, it is because you 'like your aircon cool like fan and not cold'
3. all she want is for you to buy the higher end units, which we did but still screwed up
THE PLANNING..
Nay (alone) came over to discuss how the electrical wire, pipe and ac should be placed and hidden
proceed to sent some doodles in our whatsapp group chat, and we are expected to understand - even if you do not acknowledge, because silent means consent
THE INSTALLATION of the 2 x 3 +1 units..
Installation was done by another team, of course without Nay because, just because.
of course, there are screw ups because, Nay not gonna come
and because of that...
1. AC was not installed in pelmet
2. Extra beam above our sofa - because the electric line just have to run across the living area
After installation, the team seem to be rushing off. only turned on the aircon for 15mins, they say the aircon is cold enough
I only found out that 12k BTU was not enough to cool my living area. On the same day i texted Rosaline to have the unit changed to 18k BTU
But was told that since it was already installed, i now need to buy a 18k BTU @ $600, and keep the one that was installed.. what a scam - the team did not even show me if my unit was new
upon moving in, we realized that the aircon (ALL 6) auto shut down after 20-30 minutes and it is not even cold, texted Rosaline and she sent a servicing team
The foreman of the team (didnt get his name) came, turned on the AC for 5mins and shouted 'COLD WHAT' not sure why he is so aggressive, maybe Rosaline preempted him
after 4hours of figuring, he found few holes in the compressor, BOTH YES BOTH COMPRESSOR. but he couldnt fix it on the day itself, he have to arrange for another appointment to come back and fix it
Called Rosaline multiple time but to no avail
managed to secure an appointment the next day morning for the guys to come fix the aircon
fast forward 2 months later.. my aircon is dripping water now.. how amazing
