We've been using their services for years and they never fail us to provide good AC service with reasonable price.The customer service are very accomodating and respond promptly to all my queries. Technicians are professional, reliable and gets the job done. They do not show frustration even when asked many questions, instead they are patient to listen and explain what they are doing to the aircon and installations. No hassle making appointment with them. Great job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from Bencool! Photo of my aircon AFTER their regular service. Aircon has water leak, Bencool did regular service and advised need to pay extra $150 per air con for chemical overhaul. Landlord sent her own Air con service and found air con very dirty inside and pipe not drained (see photos). Regular air con service done by the other technician and no more water leakage. So glad that I did not pay Bencool for the extra money. Do not trust them. Do not use them!
